Good gym, a little on the small side for weights equipment downstairs, however a nice HIIT / Matt workout area upstairs with cardio equipment.

Day pass - 200 baht and includes 1 small free bottle of water.

Cons - there is no free water refill available at the gym

I haven't seen such a versatile gym in a while. While it may lack variety of machines, the CrossFit-functional-Boxing area makes it perfect.

Well. 500 for a week pass only works for training idiots who does not have anything else to do but train each and every day. As a normal person who want to train a little, the offers suck balls. 200 for a day pass is more than it cost at home in Europe so you people saying its cheap, stop yourself please. Dont care that you think it has to be expensive to train. Annoying.

Decent gym for 200thb, get a free bottle of water as well. Has everything you need for a decent workout but hasn’t got loads of plate loaded machines- enough pulleys to make do tho

This is a super nice place. The reception was brilliant.very well ushered into the gym. The gesture of Water and Hand Towel was sweet.

It has two floors and does have all the equipment needed.

I love the first floor.the area of rings was my personal fav.

Just out of the gym and you will feel a lot relaxed.

Busy but good gym if you don't mind sharing equipment. They have reasonable prices and you get a towel and bottle of water each time you visit. Day pass is 200B / 5 days for 800B (have to be used within 1 week)

The only regular gym I could find on Koh Tao.
It's very very basic and pretty small. A good variety of free weights, a cable station, a smith machine and maybe 2 or 3 machines. All pretty old and hardcore.

Single entre costs 200 bath and comes with a towel and a bottle of water. They also sell some protein shakes and pre-workout.
Didn't try it, because I didn't dare to bother the grumpy girl behind the counter.

It does the job, but that's about it. I've been in way better (and cheaper) gyms in Thailand.

The best place for a air conditioned work out, staff are lovely, place is clean and has a great selection of gym equipment. Glad to see this on the island

200 for one time. Very clean and tidy little gym. Can be busy, mainly due to its small size. Friendly staff and mainly used by tourists and travellers. Has free weights, machines, cables and some cardio. You get a small bottle of water and use of a towel. Good value for money.

An alright gym as long as you're not used to e.g. Northern European or US standards. Bench, squat rack, dumbbells, pull-up bar etc. An area for deadlifting + chalk/straps would be nice, if you're into powerlifting. The bars were a bit rusty and the air was obviously hot since we're in Thailand, but they offer a towel and a bottle of water for each visitor.

The best gym on Koh Tao! Incredibly high sanitary standards, warm & welcoming staff, and all the equipment you need for a great workout!

As a generalist gym, this place is great. Has everything you need for weights or cardio and rarely did I need to wait to use any of equipment. Lovely people too!

Really friendly gym and 5 entries for 800 ain’t bad either. I just wish that they could open earlier. Maybe that would help with the overall busyness of the place. If it opened at 6: 30,5 stars! Please management make this happen

Awesome gym with everything you will need for training a variety of fitness disciplines.
Bottled water and towels free for each visit.
200baht for one entry 800baht for 5 entries 1000baht for 7.etc.
One of the only non Muay Thai gyms on the island so it does get very busy very fast, experienced gym goers won't have a problem with this though.
Don't be afraid to ask people to share the space:)

Great small gym with all the basics, nothing fancy. Upstairs area with boxing bags and mats is a nice plus. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
