Koh Samui CrossFit/ Training camp

Great modern functional gym with well-thought classes. I love the bodybuilding classes. I do just classes, but I would use this gym as an open gym either. You can pay extra, they will prepare an ice bath (500thb).

I absolutely recommend CrossFit gym! It's in a beautiful, quiet spot surrounded by nature, making workouts really enjoyable. My aunt and I are doing personal training with Coach Kai, who is amazing. He's always smiling, teaching us new exercises, and really knows how to make each session fit our goals.

A big shoutout to the whole team too. We had a misunderstanding with our session lengths and costs, but they resolved it quickly and in a way that was great for us as clients. Coach A and the administrator handled the issue with remarkable client focused attention and efficiency.

Excellent gym to do CrossFit. Coach is very knowledgeable and patient. Parking spot available too. Went to their evening session on the beach and was a great experience.

Fresh new gym, with plenty of open space, new racks and equipment. Coach is great, I dropped in to a few of his classes, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in regards to training beginners to advanced. Loved training here going to miss it.

This place has all the equipment you need and it’s kept really clean too. We trained here for a week during our visit to Koh Samui and we loved it! Staff are also very welcoming.

Small Box with everything you need for a good Crossfit Workout. The Box is new and they have very good equipment. The Coaches are super friendly and they can give you good advice and can help you to get a step forward. I‘m looking forward to the next workout.

Good welcome for an express passage of 2-3 days! We were well received and were able to train in the open gym, putting on our music as a bonus.we have not tested the courses, however

Great place for crossfit classes and for open gym space. They have a big area with plenty of weights and equipment for functional training. And most importantly, the coach is knowledgeable and very good.
