The waiting area is a bit uncomfortable but the ferry was punctual and we did not have to wait very long. The toilets were reasonably clean.

Need to improve on the time schedule of departure. Seats near to be changed as some are wear and year. Crew staffs are efficient and announcement is clear in English. Pick up service is well maintained.
