Khaosok Rainforest Resort (เขาสก เรนฟอเรส รีสอร์ท)

A charming place, monkeys jumping on trees and roofs of houses, tiny geckos everywhere. Very nice service and delicious breakfasts. I had a house probably in the highest position, so the view was beautiful, especially in the morning and evening. The only downside were the ubiquitous ants in the house, unfortunately they got into the luggage and it took a bit of fighting with them in the next place.

Very well located in the middle of many restaurants and relatively close to the entrance to the national park. Room was large and very clean. The staff (especially at the reception) were mostly quite unfriendly. We cannot recommend breakfast! Little choice for Europeans. It was mainly fried rice, Pad Thai…

Spent one night here before the national park tour and it was a great experience. Staff was nice and free breakfast was very good! Also beautiful place to wake up! No complaints here!

แต่ปัจจุบันดิฉันในฐานะเจ้าของธุรกิจพาทีมงานมาพักผ่อนจึงเลือกที่นี่ กรุ๊ปทัวร์ เกือบ 30 คน มารับการบริการครั่งนี้ บริการแย่ตั้งแต่ระบบการจองห้อง การรับเรื่องประสานงาน โยนกันไปโยนกันมา ให้ลูกค้าตามเองทุกอย่างบอกเลยว่าระบบการจองแย่มากคะ 2. ระบบการบริหารจัดการไม่มีผู้จัดการในการดูแลเพราะฉะนั้นทุกอย่างจะดูแลโดยพนักงานแต่ละฝ่าย 3. ทางฝ่ายผู้บริหารรีสอร์ทไม่ให้ความสำคัญ แผนกการต้อนรับพนักงานต้อนรับต้อนรับลูกค้า ใช้คำพูดคำพูดไม่เหมาะที่จะอยู่แผนกต้อนรับ ระบบระบบการจัดสรรห่วยแตกมากค่ะสำหรับครั้งนี้ สิ่งเดียวที่ประทับใจ1. ห้องพักและวิวสวยธรรมชาติดี 2. พนักงานในครัวดี แต่การขอโทษลูกค้าและการที่จะให้ความสำคัญกับความรู้สึกที่ลูกค้าเค้ามีความคาดหวังที่จะมาพักที่นี่ติดลบไปเลยค่ะ และดิฉันคงไม่กลับมาใช้บริการที่นี่อีก และสิ่งที่เลวร้ายร้ายไปมากที่สุดคือทางผู้บริหารไม่ให้เกียรติแขกที่มาใช้บริการและลูกน้องที่มาดูแลจะพาทีมงานเราไปชมหมอกตอนเช้า มีสภาพ ร่างกายร่างกายยังมึนมึนงงงงและบริการได้ห่วยแตกที่สุดที่เคยเจอมาค่ะ และหวังว่าทาง ผู้บริหารจะปรับปรุงและพัฒนาและคงไม่ทำเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในวันนี้กับลูกค้าท่านอื่นๆที่เขาตั้งใจจะเดินทางมาเที่ยว และการรับผิดชอบของทางรีสอร์ทนี้ เราซึ่งเป็นลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการหลายหมื่นบาท ได้รับเพียงแค่คำขอโทษจากพนักงานท่านหนึ่งเท่านั้น แต่ไม่ได้มีใครออกมารับผิดชอบสิ่งที่เสียหายสำหรับแพลนกรุ๊ปทัวร์ครั้งนี้ ซึ่งมองว่าการให้เกียรติแขกและสอนให้พนักงานรู้จักใช้คำพูดที่เหมาะสมและคำขอโทษกับแขก ผู้บริหารไม่ให้ความสำคัญด้านนี้จริงๆ และพนักงานต้อนรับไม่รู้สึกสำนึกผิดกับพฤติกรรมการแสดงสีหน้าที่ห่วยแตกไม่พร้อมในการทำงาน ในฐานะลูกค้าเก่า ไม่ประทับใจ เป็นอย่างยิ่ง

ที่พักบรรยากาศดีมากๆๆๆ พนักงานเอาใจใส่ดีมาก อาหารอร่อย กิจกรรมมีให้ทำไม่น่าเบื่อเลย ชอบมากครับ

Room was clean and the pool was great. However, the food was not good. We also ordered breakfast st 9 am and got the foods at 9.45 am. We had booked a taxi for 9.40 am. That left us somewhat disappointed.

Such a beautiful place next to the national park and some great local bars in the village. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! I did have ants in my bed which was off-putting but I suppose it is to be expected in the jungle? Not great though!
I had asked the staff for gluten free dinner options and then my chicken came in a crispy flour coating. This was really disappointing but the staff were extremely apologetic and made me a fresh dish which was appreciated. They were all super friendly. There are monkeys in the resort so he careful entering the site with snacks. I had a banana in my bag and a monkey jumped on me and ripped my bag open to get it out!

Beautiful location in KhaoSok. We only stayed here one night, but it was very clean & the a/c worked great.

บรรยากาศที่พักดีมากค่ะ พนักงานน่ารักให้บริการดี แต่เรื่องการจัดการอาจจะเพราะห่างหายช่วงเทศกาลไปนานหรือเปล่าไม่แน่ใจ การจัดการไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่

เป็นรีสอร์ทในเขาสก เดินทางเข้ามาค่อนข้างลึกระหว่างทางจะมีรีสอร์ทเยอะแยะมากมายให้เลือกสรร บรรยากาศดีมากตอนที่ไปเป็นช่วงเดือนตุลาคมอากาศเย็นแล้วแต่ยังมีฝนตกชื้นๆ น้ำเยอะ ห้องพักสะดวกสบายอาหารอร่อยบริการดี

Khao Sok Rainforests Resort is a beautiful place with a newly built swimming pool. I have stayed here a few times and the owner is always improving the place, and making it better and bigger. All the staff tried their best to serve the guests and the owners are fantastic and hospitable people. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

They have a big restaurant serving all kinds of Thai and Western food, kids playground and even a slide that goes straight into the river beside it.

We didn't stay here, but had some food at the restaurant. The food and service was excellent.

So I was only here for the day but what an awesome location for lunch and a swim. Also enjoyed the kayaking!

Echt coole Location. Der Nationalpark ist zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Essen war gut, Personal freundlich.

Very friendly management team. Rooms are a little old-fashioned, so at least opt for the river view rooms with the balcony to make the most of the accommodation choice. Central location to the national park - along the main road. In-house breakfast is mediocre.

Travelled as a couple but made a last minute decision to stay here since our initially booked hotel was closed. They were accommodating as we checked in around 10pm. But we had a mouse in our room the first night and the ceiling was leaking. Very interesting decor choices.the location is convenient to get food/atm/minimart/pharmacy (walkable distance). Only downside is the food in the resort was rather poor but plenty of choices outside. Loved how we can wake up to the sounds of waters!

The hotel has a backup generator as well so in case a tree falls on an electricity cable nearby and cuts the electricity (which happens often according to our tour operator), you're good here.
