Very beautiful temple, if you take the steep path you will definitely be rewarded.
Very lovingly cared for, we were able to borrow a sarong without any problem. Entrance fee is 20 baht, definitely worth it for the view.
You can really see the valley and the direction of Koh Phanghan when you're at the top.
Cats and dogs were everywhere and they were very peaceful.

The temple is calm and the view from top is great. Its Sea on one side, airport on the other and Chaweng lake on the third side.

Be careful, if you go there on foot, dogs in aggressive packs will come to your privacy, just before the temple, 50 meters before.
I recommend the scooter.

If we take o. Koh Samui, I would rate this attraction at 5 *. The cost of visiting is 20 baht. For this money, you will find yourself on the observation deck (from which you can see the airfield) and visit the pagoda itself. The territory is clean, well-groomed, but some places require restoration.

We wanted to see a Koh Samui sunset so we drove up to the Pagoda temple and walked up to the temple. It is calming and picturesque. Cool breezes greet you. Worth a visit to see gorgeous views of the island.

For tourists, just look out for signage to guide you around and if you are unsure of the step to pray, look for the old lady who is usually near the stairs where you can head up to the highest point of the temple. I'm not sure if they still charge a fee so just check around. Anyway that's sort of like a donation towards the upkeep of the place.

Parking is available for both bikes and cars along the slip road around the temple.

You have to check this place out, the top view point is incredible and only 20 baht to do. Around it you will see monks, Thai golden statues and feel the peace and tranquility of the mountain. Not much walking, parking outside
