I recently had the pleasure of renting a scooter from this shop in Koh Samui, and during that time I had a small mishap and the way the staff handled the situation left me thoroughly impressed.

After a sudden incident where I had to hit the brakes hard to avoid a collision (not the fault of the scooter), I then immediately returned to the shop with a mix of nerves and uncertainty. To my surprise, the team's immediate concern was not the condition of the scooter, but rather my well-being. They went above and beyond, repeatedly ensuring that I was okay before delving into the details of the incident.

Having read horror stories online about exorbitant charges for damages at other rental places, I was understandably apprehensive. However, the owner and the staff at this shop completely shattered those concerns. Their friendliness and understanding of the situation were remarkable, and they provided me with a quote for the damages that I found to be incredibly fair and generous.

From the initial rental to the unfortunate incident and its resolution, the level of service and genuine care displayed by this scooter rental shop was unparalleled. I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled the situation and would most definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate scooter rental services in Koh Samui. Well deserved 5 stars, I’m very thankful I chose to rent from them.

Super friendly staff. Like any other place in the region, there is no insurance. The contract could be improved with details on what the rough cost would be if something would have happened to the bike. We went through the bike together before pick-up and as we delivered it back. No issues what so ever on return. Deposit 2000+passport copy which i got back upon return.

Excellent service, Pan was very helpful, slightly more expensive than other services but the bikes were in excellent condition and well maintained!

10/10 cannot recommend enough! Most professional company my girlfriend and I have encountered. We gave 2000 baht deposit with copy of passport. I had to catch a flight at 10 am and it was fully my mistake but I ended up leaving koh samui before the shop opened and left the moped outside. I rang when they opened and explained. In the end to pay back my deposit they used it to pay for my accommodation whilst in chiang Mai. I didn’t catch the names of the people who spoke to me but thank you!

Trouble free bike rental, had bike 3 days, left deposit and zero issues getting deposit back, 2nd time renting here with no problems.

Great bike rental in Koh Samui! Great communication over WhatsApp. After been let down by another company (Thai moto - avoid at all costs), this company came through for us! Rented a Honda Click for 250 baht a day, no need for passport just a copy and 2000 baht deposit. Very trustworthy and received full deposit back.

Rented a bike from this shop and it was definitely the worse Scooter I have ever ridden. Very old and in need of retirement. Prices are the same as other places.

Very lovely customer service, efficient with getting the bike and receiving the deposit back. Did not have to give passport only photocopy’s. We had a lovely new bike, only been ridden a couple of times. It was a great experience and couldn’t fault it.

Ni was amazing and helped us a lot, we rented a car that was new! And was so nice especially with the rainy days.

I have used this place in the past and had I problems but approx 6 weeks ago I rented a bike and it was a death trap, breaks didn't work so I went back and swapped it, the second bike kept on breaking down. And I was having to get the locals to jump start it with a battery pack, I had a full tank of fuel and when I return it to ask if I can finally have a bike that works properly and request they reimburse me for my fuel, the big guy refused ang got very aggressive the pulled the contract out showing me that they do not reimburse the fuel when returning the bike, I explained that I'm not giving the bike back I'm swapping it for 1 that works, he got very aggressive and was most unhelpful. Will not be using again

This was the best place we experiance when it came to koh samui.they have a wide range of tours and can cater for anyone. We are from Australia and the service here was incredible. I would highly recommend Iran to anyone.
