Staff were okay. Turned up at 11: 15am had to catch a 12: 30pm Ferry. Ordered smash avo on toast which was to come with a poached egg.
At 12: 06 food turned up instead of being avo on toast it was bread with avo and a fried egg on top. Place wasn't busy at all really, saw 4-5 dishes go out of the kitchen the time we were there. Hardly takes any time to poach an egg and toast some bread. Definitely don't go if any form of rush.

Food was not good and the worst thing is that there are two snakes kept in a small glass cage in a cruel way. Absolutely not animal friendly! Without love. That's what you should display.

Incredibly friendly staff. Right outside the Thong Sala Pier area. Have stopped here for a coconut several times coming and going from KP!

Average food, I tried pork ribs and it was dry not fresh. Tried curry not so good as other places.

Nice place to chill, have drinks with friends, and play pool. Located in front of the pier. The staff are very friendly. They also offer bike rentals and tours/tickets sales.

I like this bar because Long Island Iced Tea and Strawberry Daiquiries are nice. Toilets are clean and provide snooker table if you would like to spend the time with it.

This open air sports bar has been here since the dawn of time, albeit under different owners and management. Its close location to the pier makes it a good place to grab a bite or drink while waiting for the ferry. Maybe not the fanciest establishment but it serves its purpose with a warm welcome from John when you walk in.

We miss this central place and hope will come sooner then later back again! John is the heart of it and this makes all the difference from other places around! You can have not just a nice chat with this lovely guy but you can dear to play with him a few nice pool-games! Oh, not to forget the delicious ribs.yummy! My preference! But you can have also very delicious local meals while watching all kind of games on televisions that are all around the places!

Staff were friendly and service was quick. Close to the pier so prices are a bit higher than the rest of the island but still fair. Football on the TV and large beer selection. Great for a chilled drink when you're homesick.

Ideal meeting point right by the harbour. Perfect place to wait for the ferries or watch any sport on TV. Good food at reasonable prices.

Very poor price policy. What they lable 'breakfast', isn‘t really one: For a 140 Baht 'breakfast', you get a simple sandwich placed with a fried egg and bacon. If you order two toasts with butter and jam (40 Baht) and if you then add a fried egg (20 Baht) and bacon (20 Baht), you get more but you pay less. 'Breakfast' (as a meal) is imo a rip-off. Furthermore, the waiter is very unfriendly. Nothing good to say.

It is a friendly place to watch some football matches. They could arrange the seating better (strangely, many of the TV screens are too far away and in a bad angle to see) but no real complains. There is an interesting night market nearby on Saturday and it's nice to drop by after

I rented a scooter from here since it had generally good reviews and there is a lot of scamming on this island.
I was very pleased with the whole rental and return, I had no problems with the scooter and I got my passport back without any extra payment.
Fully recommend based on my experience.

Let me first start by saying I don't normally review things. Reason being one man's rubbish is about man's treasure. After hearing and reading all the horror stories about scooter rental, I can honestly say if you rent from these guys you won't have any issues.

That being said the bikes haven't just come off the forecourt and have been around the block a few times, but what you get for your 250 THB/6 GBP a day at the time of writing is a work horse for your time on the island with no grief.

Yes you will have to give your passport up which I don't agree with but that's the way it is here. If you damage the scooter expect to pay a fair price to repair the damage. I got a puncher on the way back to returning the scooter about two minutes out. I just walked the bike round let them know 150 THB/3.75 GBP got my passport and off I went.

I can't comment on the bar itself except the prices for food and drink are on par with the rest of the western food and bars on the island.

Missed my boat the day after full moon party and chilled here for a few hours.nice place, kind people and good food.

I rented a scooter from the Hub when I arrived and promptly the next day proceeded to crash the bike scraping up the entire right side. I was OK more or less went to hospital etc. But after reading about the troubles people had with their scratched rented bikes on the island I was pretty scared that the damage was going to set me back ALOT of money. It didn't! It cost me, dont get me wrong, but the price could have been ALOT more. The wonderful gentleman at the HUB charged me a very fair price for the damage. Was sympathetic with my wounds and I walked out a very happy customer! I'd rent from them again in a second! Thank you for being human and not screwing over tourists left and right! Thank you!

What I can say about this place? I check all of this good reviews and I am very disappointed. I already travel 1 month and I check about 8 other rental services. No where I was treat like here. We get some old scooter after one day the ventil was destroy. We come back fortunetly it was 5 minutes from them. They try to tell us that is all tire and it's gonna be around 1000 bath.my boyfriend go with them and told that he wanna see where is a hole in a tire but it wasn't.so they charge us just 200 bath. I understand that they wanna repair scooter for customer money but that's how it shouldn't work. NO RECOOMEND BE CERFUL! TOURIST HERE IS LIKE WALKIN DOLARS they just wanna grab it. It was also some Irish or English gay i thought That he gonna help us but No he told us that we will have to pay even 400 bath not 200 like thai guy said. GO TO OTHER PLACE WITHOUT REWIEV LIKE WE MADE AFTER 3 days. NORMALLY treating PEOPLE!

Ate lunch here, i guess i shouldnt expect too much from a place like this, especially when it comes to burger and fries, but they were bad and fries definitely not homemade as claimed. Exorbitant prices and took forever to get us food when we were on a schedule.
