Nice walk to the top.

The directions were a bit difficult to follow, but we got there.

About a 30min hike, worth the visit, but in the dry season there will be more rocks than water

I visited during the days and unfortunately there was water, so it is not recommended to visit this season.

If you love hiking on a narrow, shady path for about 40 minutes, you will find a place to swim at the waterfall at the latest.really deep spot even in the dry season.lots of mosquitoes!

Don’t get me wrong. If you are fit and with the right shoes it’s a beautiful little adventure to reach the waterfall. You will have a 35 to 40 minutes hike that ain’t easy but fun!
But I do not recommend it for kids under 12 or elderly people. It’s slippery, and the track not always visible.

Great hike with rewarding views at the end. Amazing swim beneath the waterfall and a cliff jump if you can climb to it! Took me about 35 minutes to hike up and 20 minutes to get down.

Easy access waterfall, popular, good isaan restaurant located there, cafes, waterfall cafe. Make sure you buy banana or durian chips on the way to the waterfall (on same road)

The actually waterfall is about a 30-40min hike along a trail that runs on the right side of the river from this waypoint. It is difficult in some sections and isn’t always obvious where the trail runs, follow some orange flags tied to the trees along the narrow trail. The first part of the trail goes past a lil farm on the right that has a lil shed/house and workers, the further along you will pass a water pipeline, go over it, the the trail narrows and starts to get more rocky and up and down with some deviations left and right until you hit the waterfall. Just look for the orange flags. When you hit a sign it’s in Thai saying waterfall, someone has scratched “waterfall” on the sign in English and that continues to point in the direction you should follow along the trail. The photo below is in the top part of the waterfall.

Be careful with the slippery rocks. Good place to be a couple hours and to chill there. There are some places to eat. Waterfall was ok.

The path wasn’t well signposted and was overgrown/precarious. Walked for about 40 mins before turning back as views were ok and we didn’t want to risk falling over and getting injured. Highlight was the waterfall cafe at the entrance to the waterfall. Only go if you don’t mind getting eaten alive by mosquitoes and you have good hiking shoes / poles to navigate the rocky path.

Perfect morning out while in Koh Samui. The trail is well signposted. It is a straight path up and down so it is very hard to get lost if you follow and don't wander into the jungle. There are pools all the way up to swim in but the best one is the one right at the top of the trail by the waterfall as some of the lower down ones have areas of stagnant water even while flowing. This hike took us about 2 hours return but we were stopping ever so often.
At the very start of the trail there is a lovely little restaurant that I cannot find the name of to review separately, this is much smaller but more authentic than the bigger bars like the farm cafe. Small but amazing menu- really recommend to stop here for lunch after your walk!
