Green Mountain View Resort

The service was very helpful and nice. English (unlike other resorts) at an excellent level. The owner (or daughter?) will arrange all trips on site, as well as transport and ferry tickets to other islands. Prices are similar everywhere and everything is well organized with transport from the resort (in the city center they did not offer pick-up from the hotel). Traditional, simple huts in the middle of the jungle have their own charm. Be prepared for no hot water, no mosquito nets, no monkeys. Sounds come from all sides.birds singing, cicadas.people croaking. I suggest staying quiet in the cottages because you can hear everything;) There is a restaurant on site with delicious dishes at good prices. The owner can also drop off or pick up from the center in the evening. During the day, at scheduled times, transport to the town. There is a river nearby where you can swim.

The restaurant's dishes were delicious and good value for money.
The activities organized lived up to our expectations and were well supervised by Green Mountain View and their partner service providers.
Also, free transfers are available and are VERY practical.
Aom's availability and responsiveness made our stay a truly relaxing moment.

Bungalows and tidy clean rooms nestled against the limestone mountains ️, super quite and peaceful to reflect on nature and meditate? ‍️

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely property run by a warm and welcoming family. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They organized a fantastic trip for us to a nearby cave, complete with an overnight stay in the lake. It was an experience that will stay with us for the rest of our life.

The owners also helped us with transportation to Phuket, and even picked us up from the bus station in Khao Sok. Their assistance did not end there, as they were very helpful in sending back a forgotten item we left behind. The bungalows were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The place was truly magical. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Our stay there was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The hospitality and kindness shown by the family who run this property truly made it a memorable experience.

Quiet place in the middle of nowhere, the center is quite distant but the staff is always available to give you a lift.

Mr. Tawee and his family run a lovely family business, with beautiful bungalows and great food. They are really kind and helpful (booking tours, giving us rides, organizing buses, etc). Really great place!

A place run by a warm and enthousiastic family that facilitates everything themselves, including tours to the national park and good meals. Our stay with them made our visit to Khao Sok even more special! Great for large groups of people (we were with 16 guys, age 20-26).

Great place to stay if you like sleeping in the middle of the jungle. You stay with a happy family that is very kind and flexible to suit your needs. Khao Sok and the lake are nearby, they arrange taxis etc. Can eat and drink at the resort, no supermarkets nearby.

Great place woth very nice staff. Simple but beautiful huts, with amazing mountain views in the jungle.

Budget option for your stay in Khao Sok. What you'll be saving on:
- Not walking distance to center (though the owners can accommodate a lift to/from)
- huts generally less comfortable

The owners are really friendly though. If you're on a super tight budget and only staying briefly (maybe including one night away to the lake) this is ok, if not: recommend picking another (more expensive) option closer to center.

The family who runs the place is super friendly and helpful. They gave us all neccesary information for activities and transport. A good, afordable -in to the wild - stay for backpackers!

Upon arrival, we were treated as family. I was even able to arrange a last minute booking before I took off on a flight from bkk to Surat Thani. Tawdee and his family are very nice and welcoming. They make sure you have EVERYTHING you need. Nice bungalows, not luxury for some westerners but it was luxury for my standards of backpacking. Cheers to the family! Hoping to come back some day. Delicious food at their restaurant.

Sadly only stayed one night on my trip to Ranong, and only stumbled upon it in the night while looking for a place to stay for the night. Staff was super nice and speaks very good english! Prices are very good for what they offer. Beautiful scenery and bungalow! 10/10 will come here again but for a longer stay next time.:)

Eine sehr herzliche Familie.
Man fühlt sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
Man vermisst hier nicht den Luxus sondern genießt die Natur und vor allem die schönen Berge.
Man wird überall hingefahren, egal ob man eine Tour gebucht hat oder auf eigene Faust durch den Khao sok Nationalpark geht.
Nachts wird es etwas kalt daher gut einpacken.

Es waren keine Krabbeltiere in unserer Unterkunft, nur mal ein Gecko der sich verirrt hatte.
Zudem hat jedes Bett ein Moskitonetz.

Das Essen war super lecker.

Also ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Awesome staff, very helpful lady there and speaks good English. Nice jungle noises at night.
