We had the room with beach access. For the price this location ist very reasonable. If I come to Samui again I will definitely stay here.

Stayed for 3 days but should have left after the first night, however I had a busy schedule.
I liked what the hotel could have been with a little TLC and I would have stayed 2 days longer (horrible sleep).
Nice sized patio space if you are on the ground floor, and has onsite parking.
Beds are worn out and creaking at every moment,
3 days with no house keeping, and to top it off the day I was to check out, I was just finishing up my with my luggage and the staff is knocking on the door. To advise me check out is 11: 00. The time on my phone was 11: 03. Wowzer, the hotel was near empty. Yes I was 3 min late to check out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
About the rooms
are clean and housekeeping is done daily.
Pools and beach access are a plus.
There is also the possibility of renting a car and scooters

We stayed at the beachfront room, I think 501. It smelled good, everything was clean and it had a perfect view. Would definitely stay there again.

Simple resort! It‘s close to the beach (with Wifi). We payed 118€ for „Superior Double“ 4 nights in April, which is very fair! Rooms get cleaned everyday. Doors can‘t be locked properly from the inside of the room, which made me feel unsafe. Beds are worn out and noisy, but clean! It’s located at the end of a lonely road, which is strange to walk in the dark. Choose a room on the first floor with a balcony for more privacy! Very kind hosts.

This is a testament to COVID and hotels that were closed and cannot afford to refurbish when re-opening. The resort is basically a reasonable design with a couple of pools but is very, very run down in parts and the rooms, whilst spacious, are terribly designed. 2 point plugs and all the points are inconvenient - I literally had to move the bed and crawl behind to charge a point. There is no lock on the door so they give you a padlock. Staff are ok but have no clue of service at all. I asked for a late check out and she just said 'no late'. The location is also not at all good. There are far better options than this around but maybe if they upgrade it, it might be worth a look.

We liked the hotel. Quiet place despite the fact that everything is nearby, a lot of cafes and shops, as well as a market.
The rooms are in need of cosmetic repairs, but this did not affect the positive impression.

Worst MANAGER ever. Is he really a manager or they give the position to someone who was passing by the road? Looks nothing like the pictures or on Agoda. The definition of CATFISH.the rooms smelled so much like mold, it wasn’t healthy. Then in the morning, they entered the rooms for cleaning when i was in bathroom and i said “No, don’t come in” multiple times. They opened the door and i had to close the door. Then another man right after came knocking. I said no but he insisted on me answering the door so i had to get up and explain to him that it is rude knocking doors at least 5 times from each different person. Slept on the most uncomfortable beds. Then the next morning they started cutting grasses at 11 in the morning! It smelled so bad, because of allergies my whole face got swollen. We couldn’t leave because we made the payments already. But then manager came KNOCKING our doors with a card machine and asking for more money. When we told them this is absurd we already paid for till checkout date. The manager said he miscalculated and we have to give him 300 baht more? FOR WHAT? ! We are paying 1,500baht per night for 10days and he come asking for more money. The most disrespectful hotel with the most disgusting attitude and rooms. Nothing like its pictures.

On surface it looked great. However, as you scratch below surface, not all is as seems.
Shortage of sunloungers. Was told we could use any of 3 pools & loungers etc.
However, other guests told us their beds and pool area were private property of theirs & not for sharing. When asked again at office re this.there was floundering! Clearly shortage of beds!
Our block was old non refurbished, so tired, but functional. The pool was unusable for half of stay as green and slimey.
Anything ordered via office there are markups eg taxi bikes.
Anyone elderly or slight disabled this place would not be suitable, large steps and precarious beach access.
And finally.on our FIRST night, not knowing the room, a midnight trip to loo, a drinking glass was broken. This was NOT replaced but on our leaving 10 days later, we were told we had to pay 60 baht to replace it! Erghh.petty, pathetic, when we paid £35 per night. Nowhere else in the world have we known this!
Rooms were cleaned daily towels changed and staff were helpful.
Would I visit again? Would I recommend? NO. I would NOT.

Great price/quality ratio! Clean rooms, some of them just by the beach, 3 swimmingpools, helpful staff. Worth knowing - there is no restaurant and no breakfasts are served (but that is no problem as there are amazing restaurants super close all around and the morning market is just around the corner!

Despite the beautiful view from the window in the first shoreline, you can see that the glory years of this hotel is long behind, a lot of things to improve, despite the night for 4 nights was not once cleaned! Changing towels and emptying baskets after reporting to staff. At this price it is worth looking for something else, pictures on booking completely misses the reality, sun loungers on the terrace were broken

I loved this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, big, super clean, and it has a pool and beach right outside your door… I didn’t want to leave the place but just to eat! So comfortable that made me want to stay longer in Ko Samui. Super nice staff in reception as well!

Loved the room, the practically private beach and clean pool. Extremely comfortable and convenient place to relax at a good price. Friendly and helpful staff. No noise nearby.

Die Fotos erwecken aus unserer Sicht einen leider völlig falschen Eindruck. Den ersten Tag waren wir wirklich enttäuscht.nach vier Tagen können wir sagen, dass wir uns daran gewöhnt haben und sehr bedauern, dass man einen so hohen Restaurationsstau anhäuft. Mit ein wenig Farbe und Geschick kann man das alles wirklich schnell beheben. Rost am Balkonrand. Vergammelte Fugen am Pool. Und das Bad war wirklich unterirdisch. Der Duschkopf klein, vergilbt und die Fugen angeschimmelt. Die Couch fleckig, dass Schloss aus anno Schnee. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Im Restaurant konnte man angenehm essen, allerdings schloss es schon um 20: 00Uhr und um 19: 30 wurde dann auch schon gerne mal abgeräumt an den anderen Tischen und die Lampen aus gemacht. Sowas geht während man gemütlich essen möchte überhaupt nicht.

Positiv: Der Pool war kalt temperiert und das Personal hat sich zum Großteil sehr bemüht. Direkt Strandlage und tolle Liegesäcke haben uns auch wirklich gut gefallen. Wir hätten lieber mehr bezahlt und die Anlage wäre im Gegenzug deutlich besser in Schuss gewesen. Eine Dame im Restaurant war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Rest eher gelangweilt.

Would be a 4 for room, price & pool if not for the snot of a manager (young man with a real attitude) avoid him if possible although he seems to always be hovering around.

Nice spacious rooms with balcony AC and fridge! I think a breakfast should be included for those room rates. There was not really warm water in the shower. Restaurant was OK but not very inviting. The beach is really nice not to busy and the water is perfect for swimming because there are no waves. Rental Scooters are aviable at the reception

It can be a nice hotel if they put more effort in taking care of it (i.e. Paint the place up). We stayed in the room by the pool. Outside looks ok, not as nice as the photos of course, the room smelled very damp and mouldy and the bed was horrible, so hard and uncomfortable!
The breakfasts were nice and the staff were friendly.
The hotel is also right by the beach which was good and the pool was very nice especially being right outside the room.

Very nice and quiet location. Staff are wonderful and are very helpful. This establishment also offers transportation to locations on the island which is helpful when you want to explore, be prepared though you will most likely pay a little more than just getting a taxi on your own, but you pay for what you get.

I do believe that they would benefit really well from a do not disturb sign for the rooms as cleaning could happen at any point during the day, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes in the morning.

We did arrive at a not so busy time for this resort so breakfast wasn't set up properly till the day we were leaving but was always a decent meal. Location is also great with being practically on the beach and right next to many restaurants and cafes, its location is one of its best features for the price you pay for this resort it is definitely well worth and was a great time.
