First Residence Hotel

Room was comfortable and clean. Great view of sunrise from our 3rd floor room. WiFi and all the basic amenities - air conditioning, fridge, kettle etc available. No lifts, only stairs. We had to carry our luggage up 4 floors from the basement carpark. Short walk to the beach.

Great heavenly place! They met us very cordially, immediately settled us, although we arrived a few hours earlier, it was very important for us from the road! The hotel is cozy. The pool is clean with warm water. The territory is beautiful. The sea is visible from the window. Charm. We really enjoy being in this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days and I'm very happy. The service is perfect and the staff are very friendly and the pool is clean. The rooms are very nice and clean.

It’s okay to flip over for a couple of days, the room is a bit old, the pool looks good, I won’t say anything about food

We absolutely loved our stay here! We would recommend everyone to stay here. Amazing staff friendly and clean welcomed us with our 2 kids.

Great friendly, take care, staff and clean comfortable room in Chaweng Noi area. Has food and bar with a clean cool swimming pool. Has under floor parking area for bikes and cars. Close by both area beaches within walking distance. Plenty of food restaurants nearby. Chaweng area is growing larger so do be careful with family around traffic pathways.

I recommend this hotel for the excellent price and friendly staff.
Although don't recommend Samui sandbox as you can't bring a friend to your room or rent a MC.
Did 7 days in Phuket and I could do it.

Really good quiet location but still handy to food and shops. Big pool, huge rooms, you can get great room service food from all surrounding restaurants and also foot massage or a Thai massage in your room. Amaze.

I live and work on koh tao and come to samui many times for short break
I alaway stay here the staff and amazing the rooms new clean and fresh with a great swimming pool
And excellent value for money I have paid a lot more for worse standards at other places in samui
I 100% reccomend this hot and you will not dissapointed

Sehr Cooles Hotel direkt (5min zu Fuss) am Chaweng Beach mit einem abkühlenden Pool, Danke es war sehr toll bei euch. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, eine 24h Rezeption, dann haben die auch einen Shop, einen ATM, ein Restaurant und Massage auf der anderen Strassenseite. Top Lage

The hotel is quite nice, could need a bit of updating here and there, but all in all a food place to stay. Quite far from the city, you need either scooter, car or tuctuc
