This is Raja Ferry, it goes to Lipa Noi on Samui, not Nathon. Vehicle and passenger ferry, it's OK but Seatran is better and goes to Nathon. Ports are about 1 km apart in Donsak and about 5 or 6 kms apart on Samui.
Booking for vehicles recommended especially in high seasons.
Raja Ferry port is another gateway to Ko Pha Ngan. The ferry boat leaves the port every 2 hours which starts from 6: 00 a.m. To 6: 00 p.m. The boat sails very slow, it takes about 2.30 hours to arrive at Ko Pha Ngan port. There are 2 kind of sitting rooms on a ferry boat which the customer can choose to sit; soft seat in the air-conditioned room and hard seat in the regular room. Smoking area is provided in the regular room. It also has food and drink service on the boat.
The Raja Ferry Service hours start from 6 a.m. In the morning to 6 p.m. In the evening. Passenger ticket is 130 Baht and the ferrys to Koh Samui go every hour. Ferrys to Koh Phang Ngan go every two hours and go to Thong Sala. There are toilets, a small snack bar, seats and the staff is quite helpful.

ระบบจัดคิวรถ การจองออนไลน์ แย่มาก พอขึ้นไปไม่มีเลขที่นั่งกำหนด ผู้โดยสารหลายคนนอนบนโซฟา บนเบาะที่นั่งกินพื่นที่ 3 - 4 ที่นั้ง จนทำให้บางคนต้องนั่งและนอนกับพื้น ไม่มีพนักงานคอยดูแลบนเรือ เป็นภาพที่แย่มากค่ะ ข้อดีคือ ราคาถูก และเป็นบริษัทเดียวที่สามารถนำรถมาที่เกาะพะงันได้
If you're driving by car, better book the Ferry in advance. Or be there tree hours before departure. Every hour to Koh Samui or every two hours to Koh Phangan
