On the day of the booking, they informed my friend that their reservation was not successful, despite receiving a confirmation email with the time and date.

When I entered the room, I politely asked if the staff could turn off or lower the air conditioning, as we would be undressed for an oil massage.
The staff member became angry and replied, "I WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING! ”

For the 2 hours oil massage, it was ok. It was more like just relaxing. Usually with this price and duration, the massage artists can feel where you are tensed and put more effort into that muscle. Also I was very scared to tell her where I would like attention as she over reacted just because of the air-conditioner. I wouldn't want more bad vibes from someone touching me

Great spa! Booked a treatment last minute and they were very accommodating. Picked us up from our hotel. Staff was friendly, facilities beautiful and the treatments were wonderful! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend!

After doing thai massages in Koh Samui for 400baht it sounded like a hefty price tag to pay 600baht for a massage. I wanted to surprise my friend with a luxurious experience and wow! This place was gorgeous! The 3 hour spa package was a wonderful experience, with the most gorgeous space and all the beautiful scents and sounds during the treatments that made it an unforgettable one. The coffee scrub is a must! The ladies don’t speak so well English but we figured it out. They’re super professional.

Half way through our week here on Koh Samui and loving every aspect of the holiday. Accommodation at our villa is lovely, views are amazing, swimming pool is a delight.

Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Every morning we are served a great breakfast of Thai classics and it is all really delicious.

Used their services for laundry and an evening meal. Both services were fabulous. My wife and mother in law have even enjoyed a SPA with them as well.

We chose a 2-hour essential oil massage. The environment is good. It is a small separate villa built on a hillside as a place for massage. But I don't know why they didn't send a car to pick us up, let us take a taxi by ourselves. In addition, maybe you can ask the hotel staff to help you make a reservation, because when our hotel staff heard that we went to this spa, they checked with us many times whether they booked it themselves, maybe they can get a better price for the customer.

Pampering at its best. We loved it. Very friendly staff and great service. Front staff even organised a free hotel transfer as well.

I had the warm oil relaxation massage and it was amazing! The spa rooms are lovely too. If I ever come back to Koh Samui I will definitely return!

Had a lovely experience getting 120 minute massages. The rooms are individual huts/small houses with private saunas, showers and changing rooms and the landscaping surrounding is beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and kind.

The setting is beautiful and the people were amazing. I wish we lived in the area so I could go weekly!

I had the 3.5 hour spa experience, Body scrub, oil massage, facial and foot massage. My feet are super ticklish so they changed for 2 hour massage instead! Bonus! The surroundings are magical, the staff friendly, make you feel super welcome and give a first class service from start to finish. Been twice now and can’t wait for the third!

My partner and I loved this place! We had the 3,5 package with body scrub, massage, facial. We went twice and every time was amazing. We had our own private room, the staff are very professional and the massage was one the best we had! We will be returning back ️

It was an excellent experience. We did a 5 hour couples thing that was much better in terms of quality than what I've experienced at other spas in country. The location is beautiful too. Could just sit there looking at their amazing gardens.
