Overall it was a good experience and the animals seemed well cared for. The handlers spent a lot of time removing ticks from the elephants and at the end of the trek we saw them being watered and washed

Although similarly concerned over treatment of elephants at tourist spots before we arrived, we found the elephants to be well treated at this camp. They were growing lots of food on site for the elephants and the trainers were never aggressive towards the elephants. They gave the opportunity for my young sons to travel on the shoulders of the elephant which they absolutely loved. The views and scenery here are also fantastic. Would recommend this camp.

Our buddy's name "Somkid" he is 7 years old. The mahout who is take care of elephant said that he buy him from Chiang Mai. The elephant take us go around mountain when come back the mahout let us make a photo and feeding elephant by fruit little then we say goodbye to him. The Elephant is really good boy, friendly and look good healthy and obey mahout, very missed him and feel very lucky to riding with him.
