8I cannot recommend this Agency. We got a car accident with another motorcycle. Tons of questions about it. Again and again explained and still it is not sure, if i got the payment back for the hospital. So either way get the full cover insurance or book better another Car Rental.
Incredibly professional and thoughtful staff. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things. A car is a car, but a staff that cares the way Rang cared for us is priceless. When we arrived I was quite ill from a boat trip. Rang prepared the car with AC to assure I was set before we departed. When we returned the car we had forgotten to fuel the vehicle. Rang pointed out that we had time to take care of this and come back, which we did. What a difference it makes to have personal service, truly great. Thank you Rang!
Very easy on pick up at Samui Airport helpful staff. Return was just as smooth. Highly recommend this company. Car was comfortable and in good order.

Purchased full coverage insurance, got charge $140 USD for a scuffed hub cab. Had to pay that at the counter- then have to make a claim to the insurance if I want my money back. AND.they kept a 10000 tbh deposit and said in a few days when the bank approves they will refund that. Just a fly by night rental agency. We did not get into any accident yet they scammed money off of us. If I could give 0 stars I would.
