DHL Samui provides good service more helpful professional all staff I will continue use their service in Koh Samui
Worst deliver, post pone all day long, not polite talk or ok talk, rise the voice on phone with me when i ask when you will deliver my stuff coz its been arrival for 2 days and you call me from the day 1 they arrival but never deliver, will be there soon, will be there, now i far dt know when will arrival, in the end of late evening go wrong place when first time i ask to send him location but he reply with " i know the place" we have to go to get it in the middle of the road, Lazy Lazy Service
Worst delivery service i've ever had. Slow (at least 5/6 working days to get my parcel) unpolite and the drivers don't know the areas in samui neither the streets. Usually i buy from lazada and some companies use dhl instead ems or kerry (very good). When i wait the parcel from dhl is alwsys a nightmare!
It's the worst service that i got in Koh Samui. At first. The office don't work at weekend. So. My parcel wasn't shipped on Thursday and Friday. And when i try to resolve problem with DHL - it was Saturday already. It's cool. I have wait 2 days only because the office didn't work.
So. The parcel from Lazada didn't delivered 5 days already. DHL marked "Unsuccessful attempt". But nobody calls, and sure address is correct, but I guess staff cannot find it in Koh Samui. Another company (ThaiPost, Carry Express) found my house without problems.
So, on Monday i provide to office actual phone number, but they didn't resolve it! I'm waiting products 2nd day after discussing these problems with DHL office.
I don't know why DHL staff didn't contact with Lazada shop (sender) for checking any information at first day (5 days ago) if they had any problems with address or phone.
It's awful company. I don't recommend to work with them.
สั่งของให้มาส่งที่ สมุย ต. หน้าเมือง ตอนแรกบอกบริการส่งฟรีถึงบ้าน รอของอยู่ 3 วันกว่าจะถึง ของมาถึงคนส่งบอกส่งอีกวัน เค้าส่งไม่ทัน อีกวันนึงมาส่งปากซอย บอกให้เราไปเอาเอง เค้าไม่อยากกลับหัวรถ ตอนนั้นเราไม่อยู่บ้านไปทำงาน มีแม่กับน้องสาวที่ท้องอยู่บ้าน ต้องให้คนท้องขับรถไปเอาของให้ พูดจาไม่สุภาพ แถมยังถอยรถไปชนมอไซที่จอดอยู่ก่อน แย่คะ ลงมาดูรถ ลูบๆๆรถเสร็จแล้วก็ออกตัวไป ไม่สนใจรถที่ถอยชนด้วย
