Deer Motorbike Rentals

Organised bike for pickup. Arrived and no staff door shut and phone line uncontactable. Had to walk with bags in the heat to find another shop. Judging by the reviews this is out of character for this business but with no explanation and phone line still down no choice but to review.

Like many places now. Unreasonable prices. No semi manuals. Not willing to negotiate. The price should be 150-200baht

Good bikes for fair price. Has some 150-160 cc models. Owner Deer is friendly and gave some great advice re Thai driving rules! This shop also allowed us to take the bike to other provinces for a month and onto the islands. No probs on return.

Levi here. I highly recommend this location. I had the most smooth transaction. The scooter was fun and in great shape.

I come to Thailand quite often and this is my go to bike rental place on a regular. Mr Deer is a lovely guy and his bikes are in good condition and for a really reasonable price. I like to rent the N Max or the PCX 160cc - 155cc. For long and short rentals. To be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

When I arrived in Surat thani city I was looking for a scooter in good condition and at a fair price.
After being in two other places I came to deer.
Serious guy with scooters kept in good condition.
I rented a honda click scooter from him for a whole week and got a great price.

The service is good and everything is run in an orderly and reliable manner.

Great place to rent a bike! Super clean and safe bikes and helmets, fair prices. Owner is very nice and easy going, and a great help too, lending me some cords to secure my travelling bag and offering to choose from leaving a passport or a deposit.

We rented a scooter for 3 months during covid 19. The scooter was brand new, we only came one time back in between to refill oil. Costs of 3500 bath per month was 100% worth it. As a deposit we were able to leave a one month rent instead of our passport which for us was important as we drove the scooter all the way to the islands. Nice service, really nice guy helping us and just a great experience. Can't recommend anyone better:).

Good bikes, took 115cc bike for single person and filled with gas for 100 bhat. Drove 180 kms in 3 days. Rent is normal. Would recommend it. For two persons with luggage 115 might be bit less if you’re visiting dam.

We LOVED Deer and were so grateful to have been able to rent our motorbikes seamlessly through him for 6 months. Over 10 of us came as expats to Surat Thani to teach English without knowing much about the city nor that we even needed a bike to get around. I absolutely loved zipping around on my Honda Click and put on thousands of kilometres on the odometer. I never had any issues with the motorbike - it just needed a small (and very cheap) oil change toward the end of my rental because I rode it so much. ;)

Highly recommend renting from this place above all others if you're in southern Thailand. His wife Lisa is also a sweetheart and helped all of us adapt to life better in Surat Thani.

Wonderful place to rent a motorbike, everything was excelent, the owner is very friendly, speaks english and scooter was in great condition, rented for 2 days, possible to leave cash deposit or passport, no problems on pick up or returning. Thank you for excelent service.

Deer has very good scooters. He is a very nice man. Speaks English very well. He has even English contracts for the scooter rental. Even if it is a bit to walk to get to his place it’s totally worth it.

We’ll maintained scooters we felt save to ride. After a minor accident we endet up having some small difficulties. Probably they were language/ culture based, even tough they speak good English.

I got a great bike that I was able to take from Surat Thani to Koh Samui and back with no issues. The owner is very helpful, having dripped me off to a nice hotel after I bright the bike back kind of late. What's more is that when I forgot a small package that evening at his place, he was able to bring it to me at the bus station the next morning very quickly. Thanks for everything, this was a great experience.

I love my bike from Deer's Motorbike Rentals! Deer's bikes are well maintained, reasonably priced, and he's conveniently located near the center of Suratthani on Donnok Road. He also speaks good English and fluent Thai. This was my first time riding a scooter, and he helped me understand everything I needed to know to be a safe driver on the road!

We always go to Deer when we have friends visiting us in Thailand so that they can rent a bike - never had any problems and the bikes are well taken care of. I would recommend to anyone who needs a bike in Surat.
