I recently had the privilege of spending two unforgettable months at the beautiful COSI Hotel in Koh Samui, and I can't express how delighted I am with every aspect of my stay. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, this hotel and its incredible staff left a lasting impression on me.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Joy and the entire front desk team at COSI Hotel. Their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality set the tone for my entire stay. Joy, in particular, stood out with her incredible professionalism and unwavering kindness. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made all the difference.

I must also commend the young lady who was responsible for cleaning my room every day during my two-month stay. Her dedication to her work and the level of cleanliness she maintained in my room were truly impressive. Not only was she professional in her duties, but she was also kindhearted and friendly. It was always a pleasure to return to a spotless and well-maintained room thanks to her diligent efforts.

The COSI Hotel itself is a gem on the island of Koh Samui. The modern design, clean facilities, and comfortable rooms provided a serene and welcoming environment. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and many local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the island.

I can confidently say that my two-month stay at COSI Hotel was an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest satisfaction. Joy and the entire front desk team, as well as the diligent young lady responsible for keeping my room spotless, are the true stars of this establishment.

Wow, what an amazing service experience! The communication was absolutely top-notch! I had the pleasure of speaking with the receptionist multiple times about the CO WORKING SPACE, and she made it abundantly clear that they don't offer monthly or weekly rates. It's only 150 THB for the WORKING SPACE, which includes the amazing perk of not being able to separate it from the WiFi. And let's not forget the generous 100 THB F&B credit! I didn't think it was a big deal until today, Day 10 of my continuous visits, when they informed my boyfriend that it's just a monthly rate of 1,000 THB. Wow, what a delightful surprise! We definitely won't be coming back to this place because, you know, the receptionist last time told me it was 7,000 THB for a weekly rate. But hey, maybe she just didn't quite grasp my point. Nonetheless, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the outstanding services provided by you guys! Thank you so much for letting me know, a whole 10 days later, about the actual price of 1,000 THB per month for the co working space. Your kindness truly knows no bounds!

โรงแรมอยู่ในห้างเซ็นทรัล สมุย จอดรถสะดวกสบาย ห้องพักเล็กแต่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ มีสระว่ายน้ำ เครื่องซักผ้าและอบผ้าหยอดเหรียญ เตียงนอนสบายมาก แต่แม่บ้านยังทำความสะอาดห้องไม่ค่อยดี ตามซอกมุมมีฝุ่นอยู่เยอะ ถ้าได้ห้องชั้น 3 หรือ 4 ฝั่งวิวพรุเฉวงจะสวยมาก โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่านะคะ ในราคาห้องที่ไม่ถึงหนึืงพันบาท

Nice hotel at a great price.
The location is great, as there is a shopping mall right next to the hotel with everything you need.
The rooms are sufficient and clean.
That was friendly and helpful.

บริการดีมาก เราเป็นคนพิการเดินไม่สะดวก ตอนแรกห้องอยู่ใกลมาก พนักงานเปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่อยู่ห้องแรกเลย ประทับใจและขอบคุณมากค่ะและข้อดีอีกข้ออยุ่ติดห้างเซนทรัล สะดวกสะบายเลยค่ะ

This place is good considering this island is mostly made up of old, disastrous hotels. The Cosi is new and comfortable. A bit of a different concept, very similar to something like a Moxy.

Great staff, great location, clean rooms and fantastic lounge area to mingle and make friends.

Located behind the Central Festival Samui, perfect for staying at the heart of vibrant Samui life. And having a shopping mall to block the noise from the street. The room is big and cosy as the name.

The downsides are that the air conditioning took longer time to take and effects cooling the room. There’s no hair dryer and have only shower gel provided, there is no shampoo nor conditioner.

The swimming pool is small. It would be nice to have a small bar at the pool instead of the vending machine.

Great value for money. Coworking space was awesome.

First room was very noisy as basically all the guests walked by and you could hear them. Also the shopping mall had live music that could be clearly heard to the room.

Second room was better on terms of noise, but the bathroom smelled like vomit.

+ The hotel is in a good location: close to the main street where all the restaurants and bars are, next to the mall.
I enjoyed the pool, it's clean and the view is beautiful, especially during sunset. Room was confortable and clean.
The closest beach is 20min by foot.

- Lot of mosquitoes in the room.
If you're on the first like me you're more likely to have a view on the parking mall which means closed curtains all day long.
The WiFi access is not given directly when you're checking in.

Great hotel, I stayed for the past 2 months here and it's great. Staff are super friendly at the front desk, cleaning staff do an amazing job. I highly recommend this hotel great water pressure and hot water in the rooms, as well as fast internet too. I rented a bike from Cosi reception since day 1 from June (Tour Operator) and have had a great experience over the past 2 months with the the staff and it's a new bike in great condition 5 stars

Upon arrival, the hotel looks modern and neat, staff is kind. Then you open the door to your room and mold-ish humid stink hits your face. On a first glance the room is clean, but when you look closer, it's not.

Downtown area. Comfortable bed and water of shower pressure also good but air-condition isn’t good at corridor and in room. They should provide small window or improve air flow in the hotel. All in all very reasonable price.

Room is like a dorm room. Nice strong shower. Didn't use the roof top pool. Like that is was next to the outdoor mall which it has supermarket and food court and shops. Beach is about 15 minutes walking to get to the main public beach entrance on a dirt road.

This hotel is exactly as it says in its name, cosy! We stayed here for three nights, and thoroughly enjoyed all three.

The main entrance offers a 24/7 cafe, with muffins, pastries, pies, drinks etc readily available whenever you want them- I was delighted to see the option for lactofree milk which meant I could enjoy my morning coffee and some cereal! There are many comfy seating options, and upstairs there are hammocks, sofas and hanging nets; a very comfy place to sit for a few hours in the evening.

The hotel is quite big and can feel like a bit of a maze trying to find your room, but once you know your way it’s easy, and well signposted.

The rooms are very clean, some of the cleanest I’ve seen while visiting Thailand in fact! My only problem is that we kept having geckos to visit in our room, which I understand can be to expected in Thailand, however being deathly afraid of them made it difficult for me to fully relax, and I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from.

The hotel also has a pool and lounge area upstairs, and a laundromat also!

5 stars from us, lizards included! We would stay again.

I would rate COSÍ Samui hotel as an average rating. The rooms are basic and could use a bit of an upgrade. The sound insulation could also be improved. The LED lights might be too bright for some.

This hotel is simply amazing! That staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the location can’t be beat. The beach is 2 mins walk and Starbucks is right outside the front doors of the hotel. Perfect!
