Conrad Koh Samui

A very nice hotel with a full sea view. There are also many beautiful places to take photos. The service and equipment are also very good. It is also very friendly to parents and children.

I can imagine no better place than Conrad Hilton in Koh Samui. It was exceptional in every single way. Our particular favourites were the unbelievable infinity pool, the fantastic meals and villa and the 5 star service from the staff. Thanks for an unforgettable family holiday!

Magically! I recommend the hotel for honeymooners. And 10 minutes from the hotel there is a wonderful open-air bathhouse called Prana Hammam. Be sure to check it out in the evening.

An amazing family holiday. All employees were welcoming, courteous, with a can do attitude. Nothing was too much. We enjoyed every moment of staying at the Conrad Koh Samui. Such a stunning resort. We felt like we was on our own little island. Food, atmosphere everything was amazing.

Beautiful resort in an amazing location. The villas and the pools were exceptional. Staff so friendly and welcoming. We do hope to return one day. I recommend hiring a car to leave the resort and get about to see things on the island.

This is the best hotel/resort I have ever stayed at hands down. Everything that was controllable was performed to perfection.

One big reason for the great stay was my concierge Jack (Huang H.). He went above and beyond. If I needed it. He got it. Obviously within reason! But a 2: 00 am call to him asking for a taxi to drive 45 mins back to the hotel I don't take that kind of stuff lightly. He gave me his number and communicated with me about every aspect of my stay.

-Main things you need to know-

When you arrive you don't really walk anywhere. You're bused around on golf carts. You could walk if you wanted but you are located on the backside of a mountain. So breakfast, the beach, the lobby, activities around the resort is via golf kart.

You are 45 minutes from the nightlife.

Taxi's from outside (scheduled by the resort) is 800 thb

The resorts drivers are 1500 thb

Food felt a little cheaper but cocktails and drinks are USA prices!

This isn't a complaint but when you get here the vegetation is overwhelming so. You will see insects around even in your room. Obviously, if it's something you don't recognize or HUGE call the front desk but there was a lizard just chilling in my bathroom for like my whole stay. He didn't bother me and he ate the insects

So don't let stuff like that bother you.

I didn't realize it when looking at the amenities but this place is built like a timeshare. Meaning they give you silverware/microwave/stove/large fridge

Also, there is no need to bring toiletries / personal hygiene kit.minus my shampoo all their stuff was nicer than mine

NO.you can't step foot on those islands.lol. They are home to an animal that is protected and apparently people live on those islands too.i didn't see anyone when I rode the jet ski

Breakfast was insanely good. The food is well prepared and the staff is always nice and friendly. I didn't have any staff that I felt was rude or anything like that. From Jet skis to the beach, the views are simply breathtaking. Honestly, I didn't want to leave to even go enjoy the nightlife. If you stay here you probably want to stay close to the resort and enjoy what's around you!

Beautiful two​ bedroom​ pool​ villa​ with​ great views. The property is very private, suitable for honeymooners or family. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurants were very expensive though.

Stayed at the hotel during songkrant, overall they offer good accommodation and service. However one of the receptionist (the Chinese guy) was quite poor in service, he forgot many of our request which he promised at check in.

Fantastic hotel with spacious villas with own infinity pool, located on the hillside with great view to sundown. Staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. They care an own garden to maintain their organic concept and they are proud to show, what's worth to see. Thank you for sharing with us. Its a lasting memory to be here.

We visited here for our honeymoon and we had previously spent the prior week in other places in Thailand that were lovely, but from the moment we arrived at the Conrad Koh Samui, we felt like Royalty with the way they were treating us. My wife and I travel a lot because it’s our passion and we have been to many hotels in many countries but none of them compare to the attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and service like here at The Conrad. We had an assigned Host, Zhengxi Zhao (Kim), who was always going well above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and had everything we needed. She is incredibly well informed and highly professional.

Not to mention, the view from the villas are absolutely stunning. The architecture and layout of the Villas themselves are spot on and incredible. Perfect sunsets at an amazing location on Koh Samui for the ultimate private romantic getaway or honeymoon.

We feel so lucky that the best Hotel we have ever stayed at was on our Honeymoon. Truly a 5 Star Hotel with incredible service and incredibly beautiful accommodations. 4 Restaurants to choose from with an eclectic range of cuisine from genuine Thai to international and if that’s not enough, there is a free shuttle to town multiple times a day or a private car for $500Baht. Lots of free water spots amenities if you feel the need to pry yourself away from your private pool in your Villa for some weird reason:).

In summary, the location and hotel are enough to have an incredible stay, but the Resort Staff is who truly makes this our favorite place we have ever stayed! Special thanks to Zhengxi Zhao and the team!

The Maryland Couple

Selling point is sunset view from Pool Villa room, the room is beautiful and spacious, taste of food here may be good for foreigner but not for Thais customer like me but quality and creative as 5 stars resort, greenish atmosphere and on hill has to use buggy service to go everywhere within property. Staffs and Manager are all most helpful and qualified but there was small problem on check-out procedure, I had to wait for my lugguages a bit longer.

One of my top favorite hotel. Friendly staffs, room best views. Love every minutes staying here. Thank you all staffs for great services. I will back someday. Recommended luxury hotel in Koh Samui

The hotel is gorgeous! All the rooms, resturants and spa located at a perfect place for you to overview the ocean. The private pool in the room is so big which really allows you to swim. However the hotel is lack of maintenance, heard that they will start renovating next year so I believe the room would be even better soon.
What a pity is the service still have a lots of improvement. Compare to other 5 stars hotel like four seasons koh samui, they still have a lots of room of improvement.

Beautiful views, the sunset from the room is goals! Also must see the fire show, it was our favorite!

Great hotel with amazing views. Rooms are spacious and offer all comfort you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our honeymoon package and the bath they prepared every evening.

Jahn Restaurant was our highlight. Incredible food and the way it was served made it even better.

Only thing to improve:
Bread and pastries could be better for breakfast – they tasted a bit like they were from the day before.

View is amazing! Service is exceptional. Its the very definition of luxury. Rooms are with its own pool for privacy and tub. You are well taken cared of at this property. Though is far from the center of the island at the otherside of it which makes it difficult to go to for shopping or dining out. Just be prepared to pay a lot much but its worth every expense that you will put out.

Food is amazing too.
