We come here for two weeks every year. An ideal place for families who want to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful beach with daily sunsets. A beautiful pool (also for small children) and various restaurants are within walking distance.

The facility is very well maintained and very well equipped. We lived in a house with 4 adults and 4 children. The house is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need.
The service is top and all the employees are very friendly.
The beach is right outside the door (40m) and there is a private and a shared pool available.
There are several restaurants and discounters/fruit retailers within walking distance.
Overall, the complex is in a quiet location, so no crowds. It was exactly the right thing for us.

We lived in Villa 10 there for 14 days and with 8 people.
The complex is somewhat remote, but this offers the enormous advantage that you are far away from mass tourism and basically have the beautiful beach to yourself. The staff on site do a very good job, are always nice and very accommodating. The laundry service is good, neat and fast.
Villa 10 is really perfect for 8 people. It offers plenty of space and has its own large pool. There's really nothing you would miss in a normal household. Everything is there and in very good condition.

Very clean rooms and beautiful sea view. The pool is very large, has perfect size to swim for grownups as well as for kids. The owners are so warm hearted, they took us to the market to get some fireworks which is hard find for tourists and I really appreciated. A real pleasant stay here, will definitely come back next time in Samui.

Negative
Problems with the toilet on the ground floor. It stank all the time and water on the floor wouldn't drain.
The water in the shower was cold on the upper floor, which was fixed, but then reappeared.
All televisions are not Internet capable and the reception was terrible
There is an acceptable restaurant (Hug) around the hotel. For everything else you have to walk a lot (+- 1 km).
A car is strongly recommended
On the beach are only old plastic furniture and three canoes
The beach itself is hardly available at high tide and overall dirty
