CK Hostel

This hostel looks good but feels bad. We had the deluxe private room which looked nice and clean, but had to change to a cheaper one because of the loud music outside. It was impossible to sleep even with earplugs on. Our new room was loud as well and you could hear everything from outside and the hallway. In both rooms the matress was so hard that it actually hurts to sleep on your side. Luckily the lack of hot water really wakes you up after a sleepless night!

Got a private room - it was HUGE, clean, and the perfect reset I needed.

The downstairs is a great place to nap or play pool. Very central location.

Had a great stay at CK doing some volunteering work. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and if you wanna meet some fellow backpackers it is defenitely recommended! Special shoutout to Zo for making us feel at home

Charlie is the best worker here! Totally recommend had the best experience here yet definitely one of the top spots on Koh Tao

One of the most memorable best hostels I’ve ever stayed in the environment and the staff were amazing. I would recommend to anyone solo Travelling or with a group of people as the vibe was fabulous. Special shout out to fluffy and gnocchi.

Nice rooms with working AC as well as a clean toilet. Super warm and welcoming staff, I would recommend joining to volunteer.

Took my reservation on hostelworld - however the place has been closed for 2 years. Still hasn't paid back. Do NOT book without confirming they've reopened.

Great place to stay especially in Sairee and 5 min scooter ride to Mae Haad Pier. The staff see really kind! That want to help you enjoy your time in Koh Tao. Close to many restaurants and 5 min walk to Sairee beach! I ended up booking a private room standard for 2 weeks 6k baht = 190USD = 190USD/14 days about 13USD/Night for private bath and room. Unfortunately the safe in my room didn’t work, but never had any issues with missing items. Sometimes if you wanted your room clean you need to ask for it to be cleaned, although. I didn’t really like the response I got when I asked every other day to have my room cleaned, the girls were a bit annoyed which is very obvious every time I ask them. Over all really cool place. The vibe is dead due to COVID but the set up is really nice and relaxing to comeback to!

Basic facilities but clean, lovely staff, pool table to use for free, not noisy at night, central location, not the best for socialising although did meet a few people in the bar playing pool, so could be a hit or miss meeting people at this hostel.really enjoyed our stay here and in Koh tao

Good prices but I guess I went at the wrong time bc everyone was sick in my room. Kind of like a hospital ward

Watch a world cup match here. Decent prices for drinks and the seats were quite comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

Perfect location right next to Sairee beach, nice bar, and plenty of space to chill and hang out with people. The staff is helpful and the dorm is cozy:)

Very chill common area, really nice large rooms, good AC (actually got a little cold). Staff was really awesome and helped set up games and socialize. Bathrooms are clean with good water pressure and heat. Free pool table in the common area and close walk to the beach and the fun bars. And I met my new gf here so will always have a special place in my heart. Only downside is no free drinks but that's everywhere

Very open minded hostel. The rooms aren’t very comfortable and very cold! Big chill area with sofas, stage for concerts, pool and beer pong. Very nice for drinking and having fun. 1min Walk to 7-Elven market and 3min Walk to the beach

Very international and busy hostel, just at the end of sairee beach, good price and with a lot of activities. Jam sessions, cooking classes, pool, karaoke and more. And close to the hospital.

The staff was really friendly, toilets and room really clean, just in the middle of everything! Really good.

I stayed in a private room for 3 nights. It was clean and nice. The bed was a bit hard but I don't mind that. The wifi almost never worked over the 3 nights I was there. It would often say you were connected with a good signal but if it worked at all it would be dreadfully slow. There is constant background noise from a nextdoor bar bumping music till 2am. So if you need peace to sleep this isn't the place for you. Again, didn't really bother me though as I'm a heavy sleeper. It was over priced for what you got in my opinion but gavee a good working AC so I could escape the heat some much needed privacy.

The hostel is ok but I decided to rent a bike from the place across the street and this bitch is crazy because of the bad roads there were a few scratches on the side of the tail pipe because I drove to mango bay and I was over charged for those scratches like crazy! Don't rent your scooter from there this lady was a bitch! I couldn't find her on maps so I decided to add that piece of comment on the hostel review! Koh Tao is a great island besides that one encounter I hope you enjoy your trip!
