Chaweng Regent Beach Resort

Chaweng Regent Beach Resort located in the center of Chaweng Beach. Stay here you can relax in the resort. Also in a night time, you can walk along Chaweng road which is really lively. I really recommend.

The hotel has a good design. The location is also very good. BUT, the room was awful, it was royal suite. On our first day there were problems with conditioner in child room, two different technicians tried to do something, then we just received an answer that we need to turn on conditioner in second room, so it will work in kids room. REALLY? The inner and outer doors are in bad condition, you can't open or close it quite. The jacuzzi didn't work properly. Won't recommend it to anyone

Big rooms, giant bathrooms. The staff were terrific, always smiling and helpful. Great location on Chaweng street and yet very quiet. We loved it. Hope to come again soon!

The hotel is well suited for those who want to enjoy the excessive party mile right in front of the door during their vacation and are looking for relaxation while partying. Alternatively, I can highly recommend Melati on Thongson Beach, which belongs to the same company.

Excellent service, excellent location, most of the hotel is very old, full of insects and mosquitoes in the rooms, no air conditioning in common areas and breakfast, Club Hotel Eilat atmosphere, oriental music, a hotel that does not justify the amount you pay

A hotel that does not meet expectations and a big disappointment. All the other hotels we stayed in had an excellent rating and only this one is poor compared to them and the most expensive of them all. Take the Anantra, Sentra or Ritz Carlton

There are restaurants, convenience stores, laundry shops, etc.around the hotel, so the location is great.
Booked a deluxe regency twin bed room. To be honest, it was a small and inconvenient room. The door leading from the bedroom to the bathroom and the closet are in the wrong place. You can see a little bit of people taking showers and toilets from the bed on the entrance side. The room is dark and difficult to read. There were conspicuous shortcomings such as not being cleaned (not being cleaned and there were too many mosquitoes to go outside). I don't need an outdoor bath, so I would like the room to be wider. It would have been nice to have a premium room or higher.
Both pools are nice and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious no matter what we ate. I think it's a good hotel with friendly staff except for the wrong choice of room.

The hotel was very nice with 2 pools where people could spread out well. The sea directly in front of the hotel is not deep with (small) children not ideal for swimming, you have to go a little further, which didn't bother us. The staff was always friendly. We had a grand premier family room which was great in size and clean. We would go back anytime was a very great stay.

Our 2nd time in this wonderful hotel. We were in the Royal suite with sea view. What a fantastic place. Lovely spacious suite close to all facilities. You don't notice the wonderful chaos on the street side in the hotel. Countless shops and restaurants await you. Thank you dear staff! We will definitely come back and recommend you 100%.

Great location on Central Chuang Street. The street is commercialized and over-touristed. Nice rooms but a bit outdated. Great pools and welcoming staff. The beach of the hotel and the whole Chawang area is not so pleasant.

Beautiful hotel well looked after the 2 pool areas are brilliant. The rooms are clean and well looked after, we liked the nice touch of a outside bath. Location is brilliant lots of bars and restaurants near by. Only thing we didn't like which we never knew that you have to put a 5000 baht deposit down when you check in lucky enough we just had enough on us.

Sehr freundliche Leute. Zuvorkommend, immer um den maximalen Service bemüht. Der exzellente Service reicht vom Consierge über das Personal im Restaurant bis zum Zimmerservice. Wir haben uns hier mit der Großfamilie getroffen. Das Hotel eignet sich für große Familien und Familienzusammenkünfte. Sehr schöne Pool und sehr schönes Restaurant direkt am Meer. Gutes authentisches Essen.

Tge staff was very kind and when we had problems with the room they changed it toa better one.

The rooms in the back side garden view are too close each to other, when we were there it was very noisy from the pool, we spent 2 nights and then moved to another hetel.
One thing i lije in this hotel, its is lacated in the center of every thing, change, laundry, markets, 7/11 market.

The property was not maintained. The room was dirty when we arrived, the room was not cleaned. The plumbing did not work and we have to change rooms the 2nd day. This is more like a 3 star hotel, not sure where they got a 4 or 5 star rating.

First time to see no mosquito nets in a Thailand hotel. We asked for them, they said they did not have them and could not get them for us. Bitten by mosquitos all night long. Dangerous for your health.

Many facilities broken or out of order. Pool/Beach showers, etc.

Breakfast was very poor for what you pay and the same every day.

No ice machine, irons for rooms, etc.

Walked in to ask for breakfast, they said it was available for non guest. They said the price so I came back to eat. When paying the price was almost double-they denied what was agreed. AVOID!

Hotel is advertised as a 4 or 5 star hotel. It is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. It was very bad. Overpriced.
*No Mosquito nets for beds. They said they do not have them. They refused to get them. Suffered mosquito bites while sleeping every night, ruined the stay. Dangerous, can get very sick from infected mosquitos.
*Never saw a hotel in Thailand without mosquito nets in the past.
*Had to switch rooms the first day. The room was not cleaned, plumbing was not working, attempted to clean the floor with their towels, turned black.
*Really poor breakfast, overpriced and the same every day.
*The Property is not maintained, pool/ocean showers to wash salt and sand from your body and feet not working, parts falling off doors, desks (handles), etc. Property is old and not comfortable or maintained.
*No Ice Machine or Irons in the rooms.
*Asked for a wine opener. They forgot to bring it. Asked again, they said the restaurant is closed, go buy it at 7-11. I asked them to get it, they refused. I went to 7-11, they don’t sell wine openers.
***Not a good place to stay.

Medium Size Beach Hotel with a wonderful swimming pool. Bungalow with nice bathtub in the middle. Very close to Chaweng Beach!

Amazing hotel with incredible grounds and views. The staff were excellent and the location is perfect! New from the pool staff constantly went out of his way to help us! Highly recommend!

Very nice place and great staff. Clean and beautiful beach with a beach restaurant with great breakfast. (haven't eaten from the rest of the menu but they that's good to)
Great service on the beach and you can choose between the sun and umbrellas, the shade beneath a big tree or the pool area that's somewhat cooler.
The time I was there It was very hot and moisty so I could get anything to dry in the room. Stayed at the budget hotel (sister hotell). I could use all the services at the cove beach area. GREAT!
