Café Uno reviews
20Food was good service poor staff unusual for thai they all seem to all be doing things but not organized and probably need at least one more staff for busy times or better organized - ended up canceling the fries order cause it was forgotten - on the positive the food is good when and if get.
Give them 3 stars might be too much. They charged money for every little thing, the food isn't that good (was ok minus) and their Cappuccino is the worst. It was also very hot in the restaurant, i was sweating while eating my food.
Only positive I can give after years of being a customer and 12 months sleeping with the owner is P Chi the chap in bar is a truly nice guy
Lovely cafe and restaurant! The employees are really cute, the cold coffee is excellent, they whipped the milk for us and the investment in the preparation was obvious. Pad Thai Til is cheap
Very unfriendly staff, my girlfriend had a hair in her orange juice and after we mentioned it, the waitress asked if it was my friend's hair but she then got a new orange juice but again with a small piece of hair in it. When we brought this up again, the waitress got very annoyed and took the orange juice and looked for the hair over the sink. As if we had something to say to them that there was a hair in it. After that we only got arrogant and fucked up looks.
The scrambled eggs with parma ham present a classic combination, though a touch more seasoning could elevate it. The beef burger is satisfying, although more creativity in toppings would be welcomed. The Espresso Sambuca delivers a bold blend, while the blue ocean cocktail offers a refreshing twist
The workers have a heavy attitude treating costumers bad and the food is horrible plus expensive avoid at all costs there's so many restaurants around the area cheaper and nicer people, I don't recommend this place to anyone
I love this place. Been coming here regularly for years even before they moved to this location. Food is great with a mix of styles, Italian, thai etc. If you go there alone you will still have a great time with the staff and owners. They are so friendly and polite you won’t be disappointed if you come to visit
Cafe Uno food side is fine. Nothing to write home about but on the other side of the wall is something spectacular. The bar on the other side is a complete gem. From the amazing and cheap (99 baht from 3pm on) drinks to the unbelievably hospital bartender. He makes drinks in the correct fashion (you'd pay 9-15 usd in the US). Don't sleep on this and thanks again!
It’s one of my favorite places for breakfast in chaweng.
Good quality, affordable prices.
Unfortunately any times it’s too busy and they can’t attend you as fast as they want, but there is many reasons for coming. Be patient
Avoid! Waited nearly an hour to be served a simple BLT and chicken salad. Order came out incorrect then eventually what came was very dry and tasteless. Large hair in glass of ice. Very expensive for what was served. Worst experience in Thailand to date
So great…. I ate here twice today! The service is exceptional, the unpretentious food is homemade & incredible and the prices are especially fait! I can hardly wait to return!
We paid 500 baht and waited 40 minutes for a dish they call "breakfast feast". Absolutly ridiculous, one of the worst places I have been to.
Perhaps the only type of people that eat here are starving and hung over and therefore they thought the food was good… My lady ordered a traditional Thai pork dish and they served her fried bacon with rice, I ordered Pad Ka Prah guy - it was served in a oil filled bowl. Rice was extra, 185baht total.
Coffee was made from one-push button machine and tasted like it.
Can’t recommend at all if you actual the taste of your coffee or food.
Good breakfast options and delicious coffee. You can find cheaper restaurants in the smaller streets but here you can be sure that everything is clean and it's high quality food.
I went for breakfast and had the full Irish breakfast. Proper sausages, not the usual boiled ones and thick bacon! Accompanied by coffee and juice. Pleasant service and good value for money.
Coffee or thai food or Italian food everything is amazing I'm recommend you Guys If you are here in Koh Samui
Great English breakfast. It has been a few months since I've had one of these and I wasn't disappointed
Excellent food! Super friendly and attentive staff. Music not too loud. One of the best green curries I have ever had.
A family run business with a great atmosphere and staff that are more like friends A must visit if staying on Samui
