We had rented car and bike pass thru the hotel reception they dont require any deposit if you trent thru the hotel from their bunpa company and afted i chnage fhe hotel and i just gave them a 5k deposit very helpfull and always active on WhatsApp mr lay is very friendly and helpfully

The best rental place on the island!
New Scooter, no deposit (just passport) and good prices.
The company also sells tours (we bought 1 tour) and it was very well organized.
Since our flight was at 7am, Lay () asked us if we wanted to keep the scooter all night and to come and pick us up at the hotel and taxi us to the airport in the next morning. So we were happy.also because they went to pick up by themselves the scooter afterwards at our hotel. We could save money on taxi on the last evening and taxi to come back after also also for dropping the scooters.
Well.i recommend you to use this company!

Deposit according to the contract either passport or 10 000 baht! Nowhere else experienced or seen.

Have booked a scooter through the hotel around the corner for convenience, otherwise we would have canceled when checking the scooter. We were not paid any attention instead entertained with the hotel staff. For 300 baht per day you get old scooters with over 500 000 km on the speedometer. Brakes have also no longer pulled properly. For 350 baht you get newer ones. All in all, unfortunately, unsympathetic and compared to other scooter rental not serious concept.

Kaution laut Vertrag entweder Pass oder 10 000 Baht! Nirgendwo anders erlebt bzw.gesehen.

Haben aus Komfort einen Roller über das Hotel ums Eck gebucht, ansonsten hätten wir beim Check der Roller abgebrochen. Man hat uns keine Beachtung geschenkt und mit dem Hotelpersonal unterhaltet. Für 300 Baht pro Tag bekommt man alter Roller mit über 500 000 km auf dem Tacho. Bremsen haben auch nicht mehr einwandfrei gezogen. Für 350 Baht bekommt man neuere. Alles in allem leider unsympathisch und im Vergleich zu anderen Rollerverleih nicht seriöses Konzept.

I rented for 3 weeks from them an almost new motorbike.
Very helpful, they give you good advices about what model you should choose. They provide me gasoline for all the period.
At the end they drop me at the hotel.

Good service and price for the motorbikes. We rent our bikes and we were very satisfied with them.

The guys here are fantastic. Honda PCX was in great condition and excellent value. Easy to correspond with via WhatsApp strongly recommend

125 CC, new 2022 motorbike for 350 a day but got it for 250 renting for a week.

I know you can get better deal, 180-200 per day from places but this was very close to our hotel and cheaper than other options that are in this corner of the island.

The people were nice, simple contract, leave passport or 300 USD or 10,000 THB for deposit - same as anywhere else.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up.

They also offer laundry service which I do not recommend. Most of my underwear and socks were missing. Additionally, all white T-shirts have pink stains on them. They did not even apologise for it. I wonder if they were so easy going if I had done something to their mopeds

Worst Laundry I had, two pieces had bad red/brown stains afterwards and I was almost not able to get them out.

We hired a scooter of Bunpa via our hotel in Ko Samui, it was a great scooter to ride around the island and we had no issues with the hirer or the hiring process. We got photos of the bike before taking it together and this was encouraged by the hired, and identify all defects so there would be no confusion upon return it if anything was new or old, for example we identify all the scratches that were already there before hiring it.

Don’t go here to rent your motorbike, it is really expensive! And they took more deposit than the others. The fair price is only 200, don’t pay more than that!

I rented a wonderful bicycle from Bunpa and it was the best decison ever to get around for me.it is quite difficult to find bicycle rentals on the island as everyone just seems to rent motorbikes, so I stopped a woman with a bike who told me she got it from Bunpa, this is how I found them. The bike was in excellent condition and they were suuuper friendly and flexible regarding the rental - even gave me a generous discount for multiple days rental. I had to leave them my passport as a deposit and even if this scared me a bit at first, they truly kept it safe like if it was their own. Totally recommend! ️

We rented two very decent 26" hardtail mountainbikes.
Positive:
- They had bicycles, which seems to be uncommon on Ko Samui. Most rentals will only have motorbikes (which Bunpa offers, too).
- Very forthcoming in the contract related things: they take cash or passport deposit; they also gave a discount for renting for a week.
- They gave position indicator lights (not headlights) and bicycle bags for free along with the bikes.
- Fair price (for me)
Negative:
- The brakes and gears were not perfectly set up (but they worked ok)
- They only had 4 bicycles and all one size, which was a tad too small for me (not optimal for performance, but ok to cycle around the island in a leisurely pace)

By far the worst motorbike I ever rented in Thailand. Bikes are very old and damaged. Had to return my bike a couple of times because of broken brakes and/or lights. As if thats not enough, the bikes are also the most expensive i‘ve seen in Thailand (300 baht per day for 125cc). Very disappointing, cannot recommend!

Booked few trip with 'em they are so friendly. Also rent motorbikes and cars. All the cars have full insurance. Motorbikes condition are very nice anyway it's good travel agency you can trust in this island.
