Buddha Cafe reviews
16What happened to this place? Why they treat people so bad? A friend recommended me this place for the food, but the Thai staff is insane!
Very nice cafe. Tons of work space, multiple places to lounge on couches and comfy chairs, open atmosphere. They have a nice array of breakfast items. They even have great decaf coffee! I would love to see some vegan options on the menu! Staff is super nice.
Wow 10/10 - this breakfast was next level the husband and wife who run this place are amazing and food was so tasty - not to be missed
"I'm too busy" said the cook when we sat and asked for a burger with pasta. When the owner is not present, the staff immediately changes the attitude.
Wow. Amazing breakfast! The eggs benedict. Oh my gosh, and the caramel latte! A dream! So much cream. And caramel!
And the couches, super comfy. And nice jazzy music. Totally satisfied! Recommend!
Came here many times, and will return again and again. Best eggs Benedict on the island, great juices and smoothies. Friendly staff and great atmosphere with nice chill music and cute decor.
Sit with your working laptop with cup of coffee. Nice wonderful with mini chocolate piece.
Such a lovely cafe. Loved it so much that we went back for breakfast the next day. The burgers, avocado toast and pancakes were to die for and the coffee was delicious. The staff were also really friendly and helpful and the vibe was very chilled with great music.
Really nice place, set up is beautiful, nice vibe. Ordered vegan pad thai, not spicy. Waiter confirmed. Service was fast, but then he brought pad Thai with egg. To my comment that I thought I ordered vegan pad thai he said: "Yes, you did, but you didn't specifically say no eggs. "I tried to explain the difference between vegan and vegetarian pad thai. The reply was "A lot of vegan people eat eggs. ". And he walked off. Some constructive criticism here: Maybe re-educate the staff on the difference between vegan and vegetarian food as there is a clear definition about that. And it was spicy too, but that is not uncommon in Thailand anyways. I should have said no chilli at all, and not no spicy.
A brilliant venue with a lovely atmosphere and great food/drinks.
The owners are great to chat to.
Best coffee in Salad! Really nice staff and owner! Had really nice afternoons at this place!
My boyfriend and I love this place: ️ So comfortable seat, friendly staff, and delicious food and drink.
Located in Haad Salad, Buddha Cafe offers crypto corner, wooden stage where performances take place, good foods and drinks. A lot of sitting space, floor, sofa, chairs.nice decorations.
This place is excellent for a high-minded morning or afternoon. The feel is modern Buddhist or 'hippie, ' it's light and clean, the furniture is practical and comfortable. Easy-going music plays in the background. I can either work or relax; I can sit or lie down however I like.
I enjoyed the coffee and especially the breakfast foods. The staff is friendly too, so I plan to come back regularly to enjoy this comfortable place.
I came here to have a business meeting and it was a mistake because the food was SO AMAZINGLY GOOD that I couldn't really focus on my meeting. The flavours of my Buddha Toast were so unexpectedly delicious that I was transported to another realm of being. It was hard to even speak. I made a terrible impression of myself and it was WORTH IT.
10/10 would absolutely ruin my work reputation again. 5 Stars.
Wow. Awesome ambience, solid food choices and Italian style coffee. This place has a a fresh, airy, upbeat vibe which makes it great for working, hanging out and chilling with a book.
They also sell books, notebooks and tarot cards along with some other interesting looking stuff. Truly, an experience beyond the usual service with a Thai smile.
Try the choco-amor, you will not be disappointed.
Thanks Buddha Cafe ️
