Briza Beach Resort & Spa.

This resort is my home for 4 nights. Wonderful, welcoming staff and management. Private pool, beach dining, great breakfast and the best buggy service to collect those who find the hillside steep. Highly recommended

One of the worst service experiences I've received, they put you under pressure that the water in the fridge costs money for nothing.
They sent me a message in the booking that there would be additional charges for no reason and there weren't, I had a room with a pool on the balcony that was not clean at all, the bed was terrible, overly soft spring beds.

Beautiful hotel, we had our own private plunge pool with ocean views which was awesome. Fabulous breakfast and an easy walk into the main area of Chaweng. Will definitely go back

Super huge rooms with private pool. The facility is getting old, but is still beautiful and spacious. The beach is pretty mediocre. Hotel is located at the end of Chaweng. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

Best hotel we have been too yet! We loved the view and the service is great. And a special thanks to the breakfast staff Em and Nok for the great and friendly service

I would start off by talking about the location, it is a bit further away in the city area but a very good location along the Chaweng beach stretch. Adjacent has its location where all high end resorts are situated. Overall the place is quiet and peaceful good for those who are looking for a retreat. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as a shopping mall just 5min away drive.

However this resort has lots to offer especially those who are planning for a holiday retreat with family and children. There are multiple swimming pools thus it won't be an issue of overcrowding on 1 single pool.

The room is clean and very specious, probably one of the biggest I have stayed at. Everything is clean and neat. Well done to the housekeeping team.

But do note that since it is a resort style of each room complex is dispersed around the area, distance to the lobby or restaurant can be a distance and challenging to people who have accessibility issues. Kindly check with the hotel prior to booking as our unit is situated on the first floor and requires climbing stairs. No issues for us by the way.

If you need to pick something bad to say, then I would only say one thing is the buffet breakfast spread is too boring and predictable. All western selection is good, but the Asian selection taste needs to improvise.

Overall a great value resort I would recommend to friends and family to stay in the future.

Don’t really see the reason for some of the negative reviews, especially at this price point…

The resort is awesome, staff is very nice, the breakfast is top notch and apart from a little dated rooms, everything is clean and perfectly usable!

We had a great time here. Loved the ocean view and plunge pool there were cats in the room area and it was disturbing, even though we informed them, they didn't remove it.

A great resort/hotel if you are looking for quiet villa stay, despite being convenient and near Chaweng area.
The bedroom was nice and cozy, the large and comfy bed was the highlight in the room. Breakfast spread was good, fresh and tasty with mixture of local and western style cooking. Many thanks to Manager Ken was very attentive, friendly and helpful with any queries we had and kudos to all the staff who was equally customer orientated. Definitely will patronage this resort in near future.

The pool villa we stayed in was old and outdated. Pool was dirty and not clean. Breakfast was nothing special and the gym has bad equipment. Resort is very steep and will tire you out. The beach isnt great infront of this resort either. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

I have stayed here often over the last decade. The hotel itself now is very dated but the location is great on Chaweng beach, the service is consistent and friendly and I have always felt very safe staying here.

The rooms are comfortable but in need of complete refits but the pricing is always very reasonable for what you get.

We we're booked here for 10 nights in a pool villa through trailfinders supposed to be 4 star, we put up with it for 5 nights and had to pay for a quality hotel out of our own pocket the Regent which is a quality hotel ; at best the brizais 2 star the place is dated dirty stay well clear, one thing I say good about the place is a person called Ken who trys his best to put right your complains

We stayed here as a family with a 6 yo and an infant and it was great. Our rooms were big, the shower was nice and the staff was really kind and helpfull. Many thanks to the manager Ken and the front desk, they are doing a good job.
The beach is a little harder to reach, but no worries, it is worth the (little) effort.
The restaurants nearby on the beach are a bonus as for the location.

I stayed in this resort for 2 nights and i had a wonderful time there. Their rooms and cottages are well designed, spacious and neat. Staff was very polite and courteous. Breakfast was a putoff as they didnt have much options for vegetarians. Nevertheless, if ever again in life I might visit kosa mui I would have my stay with them only.

Big spacious rooms, friendly staff, beautiful Resort.
Only minus would be that the beach area with chairs isn't located right at the beach there steps to go to enter the beach itself another pint was thse pools were private and not accessable for everyone and rather small.
Also sadly noticeable that there's much pollution (plastic bags, etc.) everywhere affecting the beach experience negatively️

I really enjoyed my stay here, was clean, comfortable and fairly close to everything if you have a scooter

Noisy rooms average breakfast and most importantly I’m on my honeymoon and requested for better view and room but they really don’t care about guest request even.i wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.bad experience overall

The room was large with a big balcony and plunge pool. All the resort was clean with nice friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit basic but sufficient. I give four stars rather than 5 because the pool is not on the beach front so you either lounge by the pool or on the chairs at the beachfront
