Right in the middle of everything, beach just around the corner, rooms not the latest update but in very good shape. I have seen brand new accommodations on Koh Samui that could not keep up with this place. Very friendly staff, made a very good price. Definitely recommend this place. So charming and affordable, I'll come back.

Staying here is an exceptional experience. The warm smiles and genuine hospitality of the staff made me feel very welcome and appreciated. The owner helped me with everything and always says hello and asks how you are. The rooms are cosy and very clean, and fresh towels and bottles of water everyday. I even extended my stay here because I felt so at home. Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best hotels ever. The real estate is decent and the room is well equipped with WiFi, a small but properly cooling fridge, a TV, and even a balcony. The hotel entrance is located on the main road, but the hotel is at the end of a small side street, roughly 100 m from the actual traffic on that main road. This means you are right in the middle of everything, yet not bothered by any traffic noise. The only thing you'll hear at night is the very quiet air conditioner. Don't set it too cool or you'll wake up being cold! Cleaning is done daily, quickly and meticulously by two lovely, discreet ladies who both work in the room at the same time, ensuring it gets cleaned quickly. New towels are provided daily. The room was always made after we returned from breakfast on the beach (approximately 1 hour). Talking about returning from breakfast: right before turning into the little side street this hotel is located on, there's a small chain supermarket on the main street where you can buy pretty much everything you need here as a tourist. Very handy to get drinks for your room fridge, for example. Water, instant coffee and a kettle are provided daily, free of charge, but I like to have ice coffee or a soft drink on hand as well without having to leave the room, especially midday when it's a little too warm to go running around outside.
I had a few yellow curry stains on my new shirt, which I had tried, unsuccessfully, to remove with water, soap, detergent, a brush etc. The ladies here, who run the hotel, sell excursions, but also do their own laundry, after showing them the stains, promised to do what they can to remove them. And to my surprise, managed to get entirely rid of the stains, handing me a neatly folded, well-smelling shirt, as good as new, with a smile. I still can't believe it now. They have also proven their honesty on several occasions. Little things that I cannot recall anymore, but that generated trust. And the grande finale, when I left my phone on the seat in the taxi at the airport and only noticed it at the security check: called the hotel and the driver had just been there to give them my phone. They called him and had him drive back to the airport to bring it to me! That was one of the greatest reliefs, as everybody who uses their phone for lots of things will know. Book your transportation here. Same price as on the street or an app, but with added peace of mind. Also book excursions here. Same price as elsewhere but the commission goes to these lovely people rather than a stranger who hands you a flyer on the street.
A masterfully managed hotel, run by hardworking, honest people at very mild prices (we paid 1000 THB per night in April 2023). Looking to stay in quieter Lamai rather than in Chaweng? Look no further!

The owner is absolutely kind and Helpful. The rooms Are simple, but very clean and air-conditiened - and so so affordable. You can reach everything you need within minutes. 10/10 would reccommend

The staff make this place wonderful! They warmly greeted me by first name as soon as I arrived, they helped me arrange a scooter, taxi, whatever else I needed. Their laundry service was EXCEPTIONAL! My whites havent been this white since I bought them, and 2 weeks later still smell amazing! The scooters they have are a better price than anywhere else, the location is good for accessibility to the rest of Lamai, and even though the rooms are a little dated are very clean.
For things that could be improved: I wish the suite doors had a soft close mechanism on them because they tend to slam if you're not paying attention. The beds were fairly hard, and unfortunately so were the pillows!

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at, purely down to the wonderful owner of the hotel. One of the kindest, most helpful and friendly person I have ever met. Both me and my partner were reluctant to check out at the end of the stay here due to how at home we felt due to the atmosphere of the hotel.

I booked this hotel on booking.com solely based on location and reviews. If you're looking for four or five-star accommodations you should continue looking further. This is a very friendly family owned and operated Hotel in the middle of lamai very close to the beach and to The Nightlife areas. The rooms all air condition with a toaster and a coffee pot good fast Wi-Fi flat screen TV refrigerator. They also provide toiletries no water is included daily but that's okay in my case. This hotel is about 30 Mi away from a Big C Mini.things are starting to open up in the area things look to be getting back to normal. The young lady that's in charge of the hotel is probably the friendliest person I've met in any of the hotels I've stayed at. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff! Jason and I enjoyed it so much. Beautiful decorations. I spent very well. One staff even offered to walk with me to the beach! So much fun. Worth it to stay here. Convenient.

This is the most wonderful hotel in Ko Samui! Nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are beautiful. Great WiFi and 2 minutes from a gorgeous beach - it is heaven staying here! I could not recommend it more highly-it is superb in every way.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr ordentliche und saubere Zimmer. Absolut zentral in Lamai gelegen. Einen Tag das Zimmer verlängern war kein Problem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolute Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Gerne wieder

Great little spot to stay in lamai, the rooms are basic but nice and clean, and the location is close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful so overall its just great value compared to the price

Sehr freundlich, zu einem guten Preis. Man ist mitten drin an der Strand Meile und überall schnell zu Fuß. Trotz der nähe zur Straße ist es recht ruhig in der Nacht. Direkten Zugang zum Strand, sowie Frühstück gibt es nicht direkt im Hotel, dafür in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Really nice hotel on Samui. Great location, close to the beach and the late night bars. It's right by the red light district, but down an alley so there's no noise pollution. The hosts were very helpful as well.
