Jowel is really an amazing tattoo artist, I have just done 6 minimal tattoos with him. All the lines are pure perfection. And he is super sweet and nice, it was such a pleasure dealing with him. He knows his work and is passionate about it. Definitely recommend him if you are on Koh Phangan and will be back again myself! Whoop whoop
