Bo Phut Resort

This resort exceeded my expectations by a long way. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The grounds are absolutely stunningly beautiful and very well attended. The arrival area is magical and sets the tone for your stay. And the rooms are charming. I’ve never seen such a beautiful view off my deck and it was the gardens. Full, lush and very much jungle like. Overall, there is incredible attention paid to small details that enhance your experience. For example, before they show you to your room, they light a very small and discreet burner with lemongrass oil so your room is scented when you walk in to a beautiful, very clean lemongrass scent. My bed had mosquito netting that I never used, but it was nonetheless beautiful. The Decour is very, very Thai style. The staff are very well trained in service, and are happy to go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. I thought the service was exceptional. The breakfast is delicious and comprehensive and includes foods from many different cultures. But it was very very good. And that comes with your room. The setting for their dining area overlooks the ocean and the pool area but primarily the ocean. As you’re eating, you can hear the waves washing up on sure. I can’t recommend this resort enough it’s beautiful, comfortable, private, and a absolute haven for rest and relaxation. We are already planning a trip next year and coming back and staying there exclusively.

Bo Phut Resort was wonderful. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. It's a short walk to Fisherman's Village. I had a room with a pool, but not the beach front one. My room was beautiful. My only complaint is that the lighting is insufficient IMO. It's great for relaxation, but it's difficult to see when you're looking for something or shaving in the mirror. The staff is extremely polite no matter what their job is. Everyone greets, smiles, and make sure everything is okay. The breakfast buffet, which is "free", offers a large variety of choices, including live-cooked eggs & omelets.

After an accident in Thailand, my husband and I were forced to continue rehabilitation on Koh Samui after two weeks in the hospital. We ended up at this wonderful resort. You would choose to stay here just for the green oasis, the delicious food (overlooking the sea where the boats are bobbing) and the beautiful pool. However, we had a completely different intention than vacationing, we wanted to recover so we could get a "fit to fly" in the hospital. The incredibly kind, committed and sweet staff were literally there for us day and night. Wheelchair, room service, cab, extra pillows, you name it, it was arranged for us with a smile. We would love to go back another year to enjoy this wonderful location with a different perspective. Thanks again Nick, Eak, Vee, Maui and other colleagues.

Stunning resort on the beach. The staff can't do enough for you and are very friendly. Restaurants are good, great quieter location too, with fisherman's village a short walk away and lots of shops etc, but without the business of chaweng.

Pool is nice too. Free use of kayak and paddle boats. We love it out here.

Beautiful, well-kept hotel with extremely friendly staff! Every day we looked forward to the great and above all very extensive breakfast and the delicious dishes for dinner.
The hotel's quiet and very clean beach offers a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Koh Phangan. Thank you for the wonderful 2 weeks we were allowed to spend here!

We had a small villa with a pool, but every corner was touched up with tiles of a different color or the wrong plaster.
Nevertheless, a very well-kept area, but we have seen newer ones on the island, which tend to justify the price

5 stars for a five star hotel.
Beautiful location beautiful staff, the buffet breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Our room was the beachfront spa villa and was just perfect for a relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to go back!

One that I would highly recommend, staff are the place that make this place shine. The service is both accommodating and always smiley. Surpassed already high expectations.

Wonderful resort, staff are very humble and helpful, we stayed for 4 nights and totally loved the stay.special mention of spa, it was really wonderful though it was little pricy. Pool was clean and nicely maintained.

One improvement suggestion: It would be great if the menu for breakfast is updated. It was the same menu for all 4 days.

We stayed here for our honeymoon really recently and it was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Apart from completely fantastic and beautiful hotel what really pushed it to feel beyond luxurious was having such fantastic staff. They were so personable, professional and just fantastic. From the first day our room number was remembered and we were greeted with friendly faces and genuine conversation. Just so so so friendly and amazing, we want to come back!

First time at this resort. My arrival I was greeted with questions & checks, frankly I felt like it was a check point, which was disappointing.

After this awkward experience, things got better. The pool was one of the cleanest I've seen in Thailand. The beach a short and flat walk away, which was refreshing. The rooms had a mossie net and where nice overall. Food good as well. The surrounding area is good, avoid the hotel car, it is very pricey.

Perfect place to spend vacation time - I would definitely like to go back to this resort sometime soon!
Great and friendly staff, clean room/facilities and relaxing atmosphere, which all made us feel so comfortable while staying. Basically everything is available within the report but only 5 min walk to Family Mart/pharmacy etc as necessary.
We could even enjoy to have small chats with other guests from time to time, which was also fun, as (I guess) many of them stay there for a certain period of time to be relaxed.

Again a perfect arrival at Bophut Resort & Spa. We were welcomed as always very warmly and courteously. Khun Nick and his team, were just as always very familiar. For us in Samui, always a come home.

The spa area was reopened and it was a wonderful experience in the spa area.
Khun Duang, the spa manager, makes the spa of Bophut shine in new splendor. Perfect advice and a pearl when it comes to special requests in the composition of the massages. Khun Duang knows her craft and knows how to fulfill customer's wishes and needs. The best spa experience I have ever had. The choice of therapists, perfect!
Each therapist has their own special skills. Khun Bow, Nueng, Poo and Amy are indispensable! Perfectly trained therapists who know what they are doing.
For me an experience that I can and would recommend to anyone.

Great hotel! Beautiful resort with many green trees. Amazing beach with free kayaks and sup.
The hotel is located in a walking distance to the market and restaurants.
The rooms are amazing, big and comfortable. Every day you get fruits in the room.
The service is the best!

Beach front location. Looks gorgeous but location slightly spoilt by what looked like sewage in the sea. Nice pool if on the smaller side.
Fabulous experience with staff. Remembered our preferences, saved us sun beds, very attentive. Final bill reasonable.
Exceptional spa. Had a (Thai) Mother's Day couples massage and mini facial with my daughter. Fabulous!
Plenty of great local restaurants notably the Shack, Gusto and Two Fishes. Book ahead to avoid disappointment. We also ate at the resort. Tom yam goong was my highlight. Pleasant chicken and cashew nuts.
The resort went beyond expectations to meet our requirements for a twin room where the room would normally be a double. We were located next door to our daughter as requested. 2 flights of stairs but worth it for distant sea views and pleasant outlook. Fun jacuzzi bath on the balcony.
Good breakfast buffet. My favourite was the Thai fried rice. The bacon was underwhelming which is hardly a surprise.
We traveled with Trailfinders, so we're well looked after throughput. Went on a speed boat trip to the nearby marine reserve for snorkeling, kayaking and a view point plus a decent buffet lunch. Also did a half day tour of Koh Samui which was interesting. The best bit was the 50 BAHT fresh coconut ice cream.

Perfect! Unforgettable experience, polite and helpful staff. Just don’t do massage there, too expensive, just go outside the hotel and there are lots of places to do it ten times cheaper (the quality can even be better)

Stayed here with a friend for the better part of a week- I was sorry to leave.
An immaculate resort in every aspect.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and we were absolutely satisfied. Very kind staff who will make your stay unforgettable. And the rooms were very clean and lovely decorated. We will definitely come back!
