Rented a motorbike for 1 month. Got an almost new bike (300km) and everything was perfect. Nice staff and very uncomplicated.

Hired a Yamaha NMax for 6 days. It was delivered to our resort (Pavilion Samui Villas - awesome place!) and picked up at the end of the hire with military precision.
The bike was great, did everything it had to. And never missed a beat.
We will be back and will definitely hire here then.
Highly recommended.

On the plus side, the staff speaks English.

Of the minuses - everything else: You will hardly be able to find employees in the workplace. We were supposed to return the bike in the evening, but no one was in the office, and when we arrived in the morning, we were billed for another additional day of rent.

We tried to negotiate with Thai employees about a discount for this extra day, they called the "boss" and he strictly refused. We will never rent a vehicle from this company again.

Some bikes have been in need of maintenance for a long time.

If you want to rent a scooter / motorbike in Lamai, this is the place. Before you go, they check for damage with you and it is 2000 baht you will get back when you return the bike, and 200 baht a day. Fuel is cheap and we only had to fill once while we rode it for like 3 days straight. Perfect!

Rented a car. The owner is friendly. He gave us some extra hours for free. The car had some issues, but the price is competitive and the owner helped quickly, overall really okay. No hassle and stress-free.

Rented a bike here for two weeks. Everything was great! Service is good and I got a discount for a long period. Can’t say that the bikes are new, but maintained very well: there are enough power and the breaks are working perfect. They took the bike away from my hotel at the end. Thanks!

Awful service. They have no idea about customer service. The vehicles are utterly poor. Do yourself a service and hire a vehicle straight from the airport and save yourself a lot of grief.
