Even though I turned up as they were closing the doors I was welcomed warmly even being allowed to borrow the instructors mat as the class was full! Lovely session in a beautiful setting.

I can only recommend to anyone who want to safely try freediving out or practice meditation and yoga.

The girls are amazing! Ash and Chitta have a lot of knowledge and offering a safe space. I haven’t had any previous experience of free-diving and was a bit nervous but the girls made me feel really safe and calm. It is a really beautiful healing experience I can only recommend to anyone who wants to dive deep within. ️
And when you’re already there take the opportunity and take a yoga class. The place is incredible with a beautiful ocean view and Chittas voice will bring into another state of being.

Did my Freediving course with them because they married meditation and yoga on their approach. Up until now, I can still hear in my head the soothing and relaxing voice of my teachers which is very helpful on diving the deeper blue.

I've took the free diving course and it was way beyond than my expectations. The instructor was very professional, the equipment was high quality and the vibes were amazing. I've really enjoyed it despite the fact that I never did these kind of things before
