Black Rose Cafe

The owner of this cafe is very nice. The foods are delicious. Great spot for fishing and camping.

As I passed by this bar/restaurant, the atmosphere was simply enchanting. Every bit of decor is handmade, giving it a unique and charming ambiance. Each table is distinct, adorned with an abundance of signs, positive quotes, and artistic decorations. I settled at the end of a bench, enjoying the calm and quiet surroundings. To be honest, there weren't many people around, but the place exuded a special beauty. In the evening, the addition of romantic lights near the blazing hearths added to the charm. Definitely a spot where you can relish a serene experience.

Went for dinner today at this restaurant and while it was very cute, the service is quiet long and the food was tasty. But when you order deep fried food be awake that it quiet hard deep fry. The ships were good.

Went here for a drink in the evening, very relaxed, quiet bar. We like it more alternative and chilled out! You are in perfect hands here!

Very nice location, but rather ugly/cheap facility; cleanliness in doubt (hair in coconut smoothie). Very hot during day as most of shading inefficient. We didnt stay for lunch (starts at 14: 00) other than planned. Nice viewpoint with staircase up behind Cafe.

Direkt am Maenam Beach liegt das Black Rose Café, das mit angenehmer Hintergrundmusik zum Verweilen einlädt.

Gegessen haben wir nichts, aber sowohl die Shakes als auch die Cocktails waren super, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte absolut. Es gibt die Möglichkeit normal an Tischen zu sitzen, auf Teppichen auf dem Boden oder auf Day Beds. Auch eine Schaukel und Hängematte sind vorhanden.

Für uns war es jeden Abend ein Highlight mit Blick auf den Strand, dem Rauschen des Meeres, im Black Rose Café den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

I'm giving just one star just for the aesthetic of the bar, but that's it.
We ordered two fried noodles with vegetables and two tempura vegetables. We had to wait way too long for our food and when it finally arrived it wasn't what we originally had ordered. Never had the chance to eat the temperatura because they never cooked it.
Although they put in our bills the 2 tempura vegetables, that never arrived to our table and 2 shrimps tempura (that we never asked for in the first place).

We came across this place at the end of a walk along Maenam Beach. The food was superb, the beer cold and the music chilled. A perfect spot!

Very cool place! Following maps to get to the Maenam Viewpoint, the road was under construction. A lady directed us down a path and we came out here. Pleasant surprise to find and have a cold Chang. Not a person on the Maenam Beach. Perfect beach ambiamce in this little establishment with lots of personal touches everywhere you look.

A very interesting trail on motorbike brought us to the end of the beach where we enjoyed a lovely breeze, a couple drinks & some Pad Krapow. The owners have fixed it up nicely with a combination of driftwood, lites & many photo opportunities. Service is great, simple Thai menu & is certainly off the beaten track. We'll return as it is very enjoyable.

What a hidden gem, highly recommend the trip up here. Don't let the road construction deter you, well worth it! Had the beach to ourselves, cold beer, and awesome atmosphere!

Amazing view, great food! I had the thai curry with chicken for 80bath and was one of the best I had! Nice walk to it over the beach, will definitely come back again!

We had Surf+Turf Barbecue last night (Fish, Prawn and Chicken) and it was amazing delicious! More expensive than normal menus (logically) but really worth the money. The beach bar is really nice and the operating family is friendly and hospitable. Order the BBQ at least one day ahead.

Richtig coole und gemütliche Bar am Ende des Strandes. Die Cocktails schmecken super und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Der Aussichtspunkt oberhalb der Bar ist auch einen Besuch wert. Preise sind absolut in Ordnung

All Perfect and my Favorites beach bar in Samui

My visit to this cafe would have been perfect if it wasnt for a chain-smoking couple that came and sat next to our table but luckily there were lots of other tables available so I just moved away from those inconsiderate people. Food here is good and if you are lucky enough you might meet the owner’s little girl who kept us company while we ate.

Great Bar, excellent service, excellent drinks and awesome food as well.
Right on the beach, chill music.
A MUST DO if you like those kind of things.
Nothing fancy, but true from the heart.
