Best scooter rental i have ever been, good price, great service, not a single thing i could complain about. The owner provides incredible fast service via whatsapp. Extended the lease twice with just a message. I will never ever rent at a different place! Thanks Big Man

We rented 3 bikes from this place. The owner is absolutely a lovely person and very easy to communicate with him. He can also pick you up from the pier if you give him a call before hand. Highly recommend this. 5 star service.

All around perfect. I was a bit sad, when i had to return the bike, as it became a friend to me.

The bigman bike rentals is only a short walk from the pier but worth it easiest place I’ve rented from so far.

I wanted to rent a bike but they only accept passport as deposit. An absolute no go for me.

I immediately found another shop that takes no deposit at all.

They sort and swap out bikes ASAP if any problems.no trying to rip you off for extras. Excellent service, transparent price and will be my go to in future!

Absolutely amazing owner. Recently, I got an accident, broke my leg, and damaged the bike. Bigman took me from the hospital and promised any support while I'm recovering. Of course I paid for my mistakes, but his kind heart and attitude are priceless. Reliable and honest rental service with amazing owner, whom you can fully trust.

It has been a magnificent experience. We rented the motorcycle for 2 and a half months and everything was great! We only went to put oil.
The guy in the store was always very attentive and very friendly.
Unfortunately someone hit our bike without us noticing and broke a turn signal. We paid for the repair and it was only the price of the part, which was about €14.
The truth is that it has been a great service and highly recommended.

The easiest bike rental place I’ve found during my travels. The owner picked me up at the ferry terminal and brought me to his shop. I rented the CRF250 which was in awesome condition and super fun ripping around the island. I had an early ferry leaving the island and the owner opened an hour and half early to accommodate me for returning the bike and the then drove me to the ferry terminal. Would recommend to anyone looking for easy rental place that goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs.

Great expérience with Sak and his team. Everithing was good, he even drive me back to the pear after I give back the motorbike, realy nice and conveignant. You can go with no doupt.

Really honest and fair rental place. Bigman got a lot of options on different types of motorbikes with really fair prices. Contact via WhatsApp or in person was uncomplicated and fast. Good guy with good English! If I am ever back on Koh Phangan I will go to this rental again! 100% recommended!

Bigman is very friendly. He keeps your passport but it’s really trustworthy. The motorbike was perfect, very new and clean. Everything was great. 200 or 250 baht per day for 125cc, depending which you choose, and 300 baht per day for 150cc.
After I returned the bike, he offered also a ride back to my resort.

Very recommended. Thank you Bigman for making amazing exploring this wonderful island.

OPEN DURING COVID TIMES

The owner of this shop is so kind and helpful! He picked us up from our hotel to pick up the bikes which were in great condition. Because of covid, he has great deals on the bikes (100-150 a day).

He also dropped us off at the pier to catch the boat. You leave the passport at his place but that is no problem at all. Would absolutely use his company again

I had great experience with their bike rental. Vehicles are well maintained and in perfect condition. But they do keep your passport as deposit. They are very helpful, understanding and friendly, explained all conditions clearly. Still on my next visit to island I would rent from him only.

Great, affordable bikes in very good condition. Fantastic for the roads of Koh Phangan. The owner is also very kind and helpful.
