Ang Thong National Marine Park: tour is c. 2x the price of the cheaper providers, but 100% worth it. We took some time to think if we are fine with the higher price & are now very, very happy we did.

You have a great amount of space to lie down & walk around on the yacht [few people for a big boat] & all activities are amazing. Food is plentiful & you get photos at the end.

If you are looking for a private tour, personalised to your own preferences, then look no further than Samui Explorer. Michelle was very understanding and catered to our needs to split our itenary in to 2 tours to make it easier for our 18 month old daughter. She was also very prompt with communication and happy to take my calls to answer my questions and concerns. We then had the privilege to have Tokky (Triple T Plus) as our guide for both tours. He was knowledgable, a safe driver, particularly going up the mountains, and a considerate gentleman. He made sure there was a car seat for our daughter and caught our special moments on his phone to share with us after the day was done. Made our holiday even more special with memories we will treasure forever!

I stumbled across this company while I was researching tour companies for an upcoming trip. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could. Michelle instantly connected with me, coordinated all activities and stayed in touch through our entire trip. She gave wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities and provided the best customer service one could ask for! Highly recommend them!

We decided to try and book a last-minute snorkeling trip, and Michelle was so helpful with communicating and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted, and at a great price. Snorkeling during rainy season can be unpredictable, and she put all our worries at ease. The trip was beyond wonderful, the boat was great, and so were the captains and snorkel guide. We will absolutely use Samui Explorer again for future trips.:)

Very happy to have consulted with Michelle for our trip around southern Thailand. I had a few ideas of what I wanted to do but was really unsure how to do any of it. She has such great knowledge about southern Thailand. She made such an amazing literary for us and knew exactly what questions to ask to make it perfect for our needs and interests. What a great experience SAMUI explorer created for our holiday to Koh Samui!

Initial contact with Michelle was easy since she is very prompt to respond to emails to ensure plans can be made for a day out. She also helped plan our flexible and personalized itinerary for the day. We booked 2 days in advance.

Michelle was able to adapt the itinerary to include a special (sneaky) request of a marriage proposal from my now fiancé.

Mr Nong (our guide/ driver) arrived on time for our day out. He was very welcoming when meeting us. He took us around to the sights and acted at times as our personal photographer. He spoke very good English and has good knowledge of the ins and outs of the island.

We thought Lamai Viewpoint is worth a visit when visiting Hin Ta and Hin Yai. Stunning view. Also, Mr Nong took us to a coffee shop towards the end of the tour - they had the best iced chocolate lattes. Highly recommend.

Overall I would highly recommend booking a tour SAMUI explorer.

Great helpful barista/tour guide. Friendly, speaks good English, unhesitatingly gave me free info about the ferry and Koh Phangan, and where to get a great Thai Ice Tea, though I made no purchase from him.

I contacted Michelle (such a fun woman) with advice on where to go around Samui and then after my time in Samui I wanted to know where to go next.

I wanted to see a mix of places, between Samui and Krabi. Once Michelle gave me heaps of options to choose from, myself and my husband decided what to do, Michelle answered all our questions for us within 20 mins of texting or emailing. After we decided what to do Michelle arranged it all.

There was a cool system she had put in place, we paid at each resort but we simply gave them a reference number from Michelle and we got a great discount.

Michelle also recommended tours to do at Khao Sok and the taxi was even arranged from pier to each destination. It was great to have it all arranged, my husband is such a worrier so was great for him!

Michelle's fees are really reasonable to say how much she was on hand to help us.

Over all we saved so much money doing it through Michelle AND it was so much easier. I know I have already sent you an email thanking you Michelle but I want to take this opportunity again to thank you!

Amazing views especially if you get the seats on the balcony. We had a coffee with vanilla ice cream it was fantastic and without a doubt the best coffee I've had in Thailand. The guy that worked there was really cool and friendly. We were sad that we didn't get the time to go back again.

We used Samui Explorer recently for our Airport Transfers and an Island Tour. Michelle and Jack provide a very professional service, they are very knowledgeable about Koh Samui and prior to our holiday we exchanged emails with Michelle and it was so easy to plan an Island Tour. All the Vehicles were in very good condition and very comfortable. Our Island Tour was great and finishing at a Beach Restaurant watching the Sunset was magical. Best coffee (if you like Aussie style Flat White, Mocha etc) in all of Koh Samui. The owner Jack is a great guy and a very helpful local. Free fast wifi is a real bonus (oh and definitely try the Banana Bread).
