The hotel is well located, a few blocks from the center and the sea.
The rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfortable. It has a window that looks directly onto the pool that is located in the front of each room, the pool is unique and so large that it is shared with all the rooms.
The bathroom we had has a bathtub.maybe I'm not used to it, but it makes me insecure when I slip and bathe.
Above all, I highlight the staff for their kindness, very helpful and willing to help you in any situation.
For this reason, I recommend it.

Everything was great. The beach is at the end of Chaweng, so it is rather quiet. Probably less suitable for party guests. The rooms were always clean and the service was good. The breakfast was also delicious. We were always helped if we had any questions

At the beginning or end of Chaweng, depending on your point of view - a quietly located hotel with a nice room from which you can climb straight into the pool.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to family and friends, if they plan to visit Koh Samui.

The Hotel is located near Chaweng beach, but you can say that it's kind of the last corner of it. We paid a decent amount for the room but, I'll still say that you can find a better hotel than this like Samui Resotel or Samui Paradise etc. (not sponsored, just a suggestion) as they fall on the same road and nearer to the beach.
This hotel lacks a lot of things and needs to improve its standards:
1. Rooms are smaller as compared to be seen in the pictures. They have coloured the walls in red colour and then given some lamps as lighting, therefore, at night, the room is not well lit if you want.
2. The room lacks a lot of basic amenities such as toiletries, hand towels, iron, mosquito repellent, hand soap etc. (you'll only see a shampoo and soap in a container). They don't give you more than 2 water bottles per day (500mL)
3. Room service is till 5 pm. So nothing after that. You're on your own.
4. Reception is available only from 8am to 8pm. After that, you're on your own and in case of emergency, you'll get nothing.
5. Breakfast is from 8am onwards, while other hotel timings in Thailand are usually from 6-6.30 am onwards. So, if you have a tour or have to checkout early, they can just provide you with a box pack (2 boiled eggs, 1 bad tasting bun, 1 banana and no salt pepper).
6. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room (we even saw a centipede as well) and they neither provide mosquito repellent nor do they provide insect spray.

Some good points:
1. A la carte breakfast was decent (limited options though).
2. Room cleaning was done daily (staff still needs to learn how to do that properly and hygienically).

Overall not worth it. You can find better hotels more towards Chaweng Beach main entrance area or Lamai Beach area by spending a little more money.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Very good telephone contact with Micky, who speaks English very well. Great room service. Great location. Sea side bungalow is getting a bit old. But very clean and quiet. We slept very well.

My stay there comes down to impeccable treatment and exceptional views. It was my first time there, but I wouldn't hesitate to return to this accommodation a thousand times.

Great quiet location at the end of Chaweng Beach, nice clean cottages, breakfast was delicious but had to pay extra.

Ich finde dieses Hotel für den Preis einfach nur super. Der Service ist toll und die Anlage super schön. Was will ich mehr für 30 Euro die Nacht.

The Hotel was good. Had one of the bests bed/ matrace on holiday so far.
Just the elevator was defect (4th floor)

One of the best places to stay in Samui. Rooms have more amenities than the more expensive places I've stayed at. The pool by their bungalows is an awesome place to relax and it's picturesque.

The younger man with the round glasses that works at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. He deserves a raise for his hard work and generosity. Rooms were clean, and bed was comfy. Location was good, recommend a motorbike or taxi to access central chaweng.

Day 2 of the breakfast was a mess, they waiter took long with our orders and the orange juice tasted like it was diluted with water.

The reception lady with a child and the guy with braces were very helpful.

Frankly, a mediocre hotel.staff at the reception virtually absent, wifi was a joke, bathroom had draining issues… overall run-down and poorly kept, and it seems to attract a rather ‘odd’ crowd (my white, middle-aged neighbors stayed up until 4am “partying” by the pool with a couple of local girls….). I guess that’s why it was among the cheapest options in the area.

Oh dear oh dear
Firstly, it is very run down.
The rooms and location aren't very nice, the pool and pool bar is basically a builder site. The room I had was very basic. The beach is almost in accessible, no loungers. Noise from a nearby bar or club is constant and rooms are not made to any sound blocking standard.

I'd give no stars, if it possible. If they charged £10/15
I would understand I'd say fair enough, but they charge well over the odds and not offering a anything in return. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This place will ruin your holiday. Booked 4 days, paid, probaly won't get refunded for leaving early.

We had a great stay here. The people treated us very well and it was clean. Location was good. Sadly the poolbar was not open or at least not the times we were there. But would definitly go there again!

Price are very affordable although you will have to take a cab or a scooter to get to the other interesting parts of the island
