The best accommodation in Thailand! The location was great. The staff and services worked perfectly and Mica answered all our questions whenever needed!

The setting of this villa is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are perfect with quality bedding. The service is exemplary, everything is done to relax and have an ideal vacation. Mica is very attentive and her staff are very dedicated.

Our host was kind enough to also show us Baan Thamarchat and give us a tour there.

What beautiful, neat and clean villas they are.
You can have a great time there with your whole family and/or friends.

All accommodations are provided there, swimming pool, yoga room, massage etc etc.
I would say look at the photos (these are all what it really is there).

Beautiful villa with a great host who, together with his staff, looked after us above and beyond the standard. A lot of love in details, both in the villa and in the service surrounding the booking. We were very happy here. Extremely good internet is perfect for working. No complaints, I can recommend it to everyone.

Was very good here. Thanks to Mica for a perfect experience. From the moment we anchored at the harbor until our trip, we were pampered, we didn't have to worry about a thing, all questions were answered and we were constantly proactively asked about our well-being. Thank you for everything!

The villa is amazing, very clean, big, it has everything. Think of all the small details, daily cleaning of the whole villa before you get up in the morning, a taxi driver is available at a good price, the villa owner is charming, smiling, helps with everything you need. The pool is clean and big, we will come back here!

I don’t even know where to start with this review. I booked the villa through Mica directly and the service from start to end was phenomenal. We booked about 6 months in advance and mica was there to answer any question I had. He’s is the most communicative host I have ever had, and helped me with everything from private transfers to decorations and privately cooked meals. On arrival to the pier mica himself picked us up and got all our baggage loaded and took us over to the villa. The villa itself was STUNNING, beautifully designed, honestly breathtaking. The rooms were comfy, clean, and very beautifully designed. We had a full fridge of drinks on arrival which was a great touch after travelling. After Mica explained everything to us he was off and we sadly didn’t see him again untill the end of the stay. However he still helped us arrange everything, taxis, food deliveries, massages, anything you could think of. The villa was cleaned everyday TWICE a day, which was an amazing touch. You wouldn’t even hear the cleaners you would just wake up to a clean and tidy villa, it was amazing. Everything from start to finish was outstanding, my only regret is not staying longer. Thank you mica for everything, I will be back!

Where do I start! The place is amazing and Mica & Sea are the perfect hosts!
Hired Villa 1&2 for my 60th, 14 + 2 kids for a week. From the very first engagement to sadly the ‘last’ Mica was excellent - NOTHING was too much trouble - recommendations, transfers, car hire, beer, food.he organises everything… the welcome when we got there was great - the villas are amazing - fantastic place to relax and party. Perfect location, great restaurants 5 mins away and a super order in service. Sea cooked an amazing birthday meal for us on the penultimate night - and their generosity extended to beers and a cake - just a reflection of them as a couple. EVERYONE had the holiday of a lifetime - I can not recommend the Villa, Mica & Sea highly enough - as one of the reviews wrote, came as guests left as friends.

We had the most amazing time at Bann Thamarchat a couple of weeks ago. The Villa's are absolutely beautiful and have everything you need but most of all Mica and his staff were so helpful and accommodating we didn't have to worry about anything and it meant we could fully relax. It's in the perfect location, only a 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. We were so sad to leave. It really was the holiday of a lifetime!

We stayed with a group of 10 for a week.

The villa was beautiful and conveniently located, just a few minutes on a scooter from Srithanu.

Most outstanding, though, were Mica's hospitality and level of service. He helped us with anything we asked, from filling the fridge with drinks to organising scooters to helping us rent a boat for a day.

The staff deserves an honourable mention as well — it was brilliant to wake up and see the villa spotless.

We had a fantastic stay at villa 2, with 10 of us. Mica was very helpful with an overwhelming amount of tips for restaurants and places to go, which were all great. He organised taxis, laundry, massages etc for us. We had some lovely massages at the villa. The villa is beautiful and it’s a short walk to the beach, bakery, 7/11 etc. Would recommend!

Home away from home. Mica and his wife are super hosts from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. They are extremely welcoming and Mica is super responsive and attentive. You will want to extend your stay. There are also many delicious restaurants within walking distance, Mica will be happy to show you around. From the incredible hospitality to the superb in villa massage, Baan Thamarchat deserves infinite stars and to be known as the best place I have stayed at. It was an absolute pleasure to be a guest, my husband and I will definitely be returning.

We stay there for about a week, the place is amazing and the feel of luxury is present everywhere.
The owner was extremely helpful and is staff always kept the place tidy and clean.
The swimming pool would be to me my favourite attraction, where me, my partner and my family spent a lot of time in and around drinking beers and “lizarding” in the sun.

Very good place to take a group of friends and stay for a while.

What can I say. Mica and his wife are the most incredible hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting! From the start, Mica was super responsive, replying to messages almost immediately. He personally met us at the pier and showed us around. He's also extremely helpful with arranging anything you might want to do during your trip, for example, renting scooters!

The villa itself is beautiful and so well-designed. Excellent for parties, but also for families with children. There are several great restaurants and a 7 eleven within walking distance, but scooters are the best bet for touring the whole island.

The experience and service here are truly next level. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel comfortable and treat you like family! I hope to stay again on any future trips to Koh Pha Ngan!

Mica was best host I ever had. He looked after us daily and the hospitality was unmatched. He made stressful days very easy and he was always there to help us when we needed it. Thanks again for amazing stay, don’t forget to get a Villa massage as well!

Great stay in Mica’s villa. Perfect service. Pick-up at the Pier, beer in the fridge and motorbikes waiting for us when we arrived. We enjoyed a lot our stay with 5 friends. Location on the island is just perfect with restaurant and beach nearby.
