B1 Beachfront Apartments

Wow! I love this place. I hate to recommend this apartment, as there are only six and it makes it less likely to be available next time I want to stay here!
The location is perfectly set right in the centre of Fisherman's Village, with loads of magnificent restaurants right on your doorstep. B1 is smack on the beachfront with views to die for! Every morning I looked forward to drawing back the curtains and gazing at the calm waters gently lapping at the shore. The little fishing boats coming back from their nights fishing expedition. The dawn mist slowly being swallowed up by the morning sun. I dream of returning at the earliest opportunity, as this image is burnt into my memory for ever. The staff at Kalara Estates are all so accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with, whichever of the properties you choose to stay at. I know I probably sound like I work for them, but I'm just one of their many happy customers who keep coming back!

Beautiful modern spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the sea. Right on the beach, in the heart of Fisherman's Village, close to the airport, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Helpful staff. Particular care was put on design, amenities and cleanness. Friendly staff and good value for money!

I LOVE this property. It’s right on the beach and close to all of the restaurants and night life in Fisherman’s Village but quiet enough to hear the waves (with the balcony door closed). The entire staff at Kalara and B1 are warm and attentive. This is my second stay here and I will definitely return here again.

Stayed at B1 for a week, perfect place.
The staff couldn’t be more helpful and attentive if they tried.
The apartment is just perfectly maintained and what can I say about the location? Waking up every morning on the beach, fisherman village with all the restaurants and bars, 10 mins from Tesco.
We will return with pleasure

Wonderful apartment, close to all restaurants. Light and spacious. Staff is amazing na friendly.

I lived here for 4 weeks, created tons of plastic wastes of water bottles. So, one thing I would like to offer to the hotel management is: please setup a Coin Operated Water Vending Machine for this area, as it will not only provide convenience for the clients, but also create a source of income, last but not least, it will save the environment.

Heaven on the beach. Will be back for sure. Don’t miss their beach club Chi Samui, amazing! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing stay! Right on the beach, Fisherman’s Village is our favourite spot in Samui. Everything is within walking distance. The apartments are modern, clean and have a super comfortable bed and a great balcony for wines in the evening! Loved that we had a kitchen to be able to cook when we wanted. The staff were incredible with cleaning every day and a msg away for anything we needed, even gave us a late check out as we flew out at 5pm. Make sure you try their beach club Chi Samui, they offer a free shuttle and the place is stunning to spend a day at. We will definitely be back. 5 stars!

Love this place! We had an incredible stay and did not want to leave. Super clean, the staff are so lovely and the location is just perfect. Right on the beach but loads of restaurants just seconds walk awa (Greenlight café opposite is delicious as is red Moon). We also love their beach club Chi, delish food and great service and cocktails. We’re coming back to stay and have told all of our friends!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and fell in love. Nadia and the team were quick to help with anything and the cleaning staff who came every day were so sweet. Fisherman's Village is so lovely and being right on the beach, you couldn't ask for more. We are going to miss waking up with this view, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible seafront apartments. Kalara real estate who we rented through and who I believe own the place were amazing and helped with anything we needed. Great wifi and the best location you could ask for
