Overall positive experience:

The room, cleaned daily, provides a clean environment. Air conditioning and wifi work reliably. The location of the hotel, 10 minutes from the beach, combines proximity and tranquility far from the hustle and bustle of the street. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. The swimming pool is spacious and well maintained.

Improvement points:
The bathroom, although functional, shows signs of aging and deserves to be renovated.
The walls are very thin, I could hear the phone vibrating in the next room.
The day of my departure I ordered a taxi + ferry ticket to Koh Tao myself, the driver left without waiting for me
while I was on my way. He introduced himself to the receptionist who was there, I don't understand why she didn't ask him to wait for me or why she didn't come pick me up knowing that my room was not even a minute away.
In addition, the ticket did not mention the name of the port of departure and she provided me with incorrect information. I think it would be worth it for them to learn more about these topics to be able to help visitors.

We had lovely time there! Spent 16 nights and couldn’t have chosen better hotel! Lovely staff, big and clean room, separated from kitchen, nice pool and beautiful garden with lovely cats, birds around and some little lizards:) staff helped with everything we needed especially call taxi on last minute!: D thank you very much guys! We took 2 economic rooms, these DO NOT have a kitchen so if you plan to cook something, you have to take the superior rooms, those also have a kitchen. Good cleaning, they pass every day, even if a little hastily, however it is clean. Change of towels every 2 days. Beautiful swimming pool, excellent services (among these, very fast and cheap laundry service, free beach towels for both the pool and the beach). Excellent location, 300 meters from the sea and in the center of Lamai. Despite the price increases (which is general throughout Thailand), for me it is still very good value for money

I like it. Very clean. They clean room everyday. I lived in this hotel for a week.

I had a room on the second floor and the neighbors were only on one side, the neighbors were quiet, so I didn't hear them.the staff was friendly.

The room has a kitchen where you can cook.

From the hotel you can see the construction site, but for the whole week while I lived, no one worked there, apparently it was frozen.the beach is close, shops and cafes are nearby

Nice hotel on a good location. Clean rooms with enough space. Beds are a bit hard to sleep on.

Amazing hotel! Huge modern room and huge kitchen with microwave, toaster, large fridge, and kettle. But no cooking utensils.

Our room was nicely decorated for our honeymoon and the staff was super friendly! They had laundry service and always got us a cheap taxi when we needed one. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and the mattress in our room comfy. But the view from our room was unpleasant (you should spend some money on pool view!) and it was really noisy during the night and in the morning, so we didn't get much sleep. I guess we had noist neighbours, but someone was cleaning in that area from 6 in the morning which was extremely loud and lasted for hours. We only stayed for 2 nights but because of the noise I probably would not have stayed longer.

Stayed here for two weeks and loved it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helped out with taxis, motorbike rental and onward travel. 100% recommend

Staff so so helpful with taxis, moped rental and any our questions. Always topped us up with fresh towels & kept our room tidy. This place is awesome with a big pool! So good we had to extend our stay:)

Good place with various rooms with various prices. Next to the Main Street with easy access to the beach unlike many areas in samui. Nice staff and good prices.

Room was large and clean, most neighbors were quite, bed was very good and was cleaned good. Pool was popular with retired group. Was close walk to Main Street but no traffic noise. Excellent balcony. Good stay.

Everything you need. Friendly staff, daily cleaning, good location (which means away enough from the central market noise, but in a walking distance). About 10 minutes walking distance from the Lamai Beach. Nice pool area.

Great place. Clean room and clean pool. Friendly and helpful staff. When we stayed here there were a lot of Russians in the hotel. There were smoking everywere and most probably even in there rooms. Because of that we got tobacco filled air through the ventilation system.

Great Place Great Staff. Can rent motorbike here at 200/day without worrying about passport and all. Stress free.

I had a really nice room, very clean and nice. Highlights were the huge balcony and the pool outside.

More self contained apartments than a hotel. Nice big chlorinated pool. Huge rooms. But no restaurant on site and staff a little slow to help
