Never rent bike from them. I was foolish, didn’t make a video of scratches when I rent the bike.
And they found small scratch which cost me 5k bath. I was ready to pay for the scratch, real price, but they didn’t want to listen, only shouting at me. Shouting! Could you imagine normal people shouting? They didn’t try to negotiate. And there two sisters, pretending that only one able to negotiate but she can’t see the bike, so I needed to wait when she come. And I needed to leave the island, so I just left the deposit them. Why do you rent the bike from you sister, if you not able to decide with it? And why do you allow your sister to shout on the client? I been in Thailand so many times, and it first time when someone shouted on me. Hope these women will not spoil the vacation to other people.

Every person at Asia Blue provides an incredible service and turned me from afraid of diving to totally obsessed.

My first Discover Dive at Sail Rock with Rioni was mind blowing. The dive site itself is a whole other thing - and a must for any diver - but it was Rioni’s professionalism and rapport that immediately had me at ease and able to enjoy two back-to-back dives for the first time ever.

After that I immediately ran back to the booking office and signed up for my PADI open water course. Michaela made the process a breeze even though I was working during the day and asked to do a strange mix of days and times. No problem at all. Every odd request was met with a smile.

Then I did my course with Jannes, what an absolute pro. I could not believe he was younger than me because I thought he must have been working as an instructor for at least a decade. His instructions were clear and precise every time, which meant I was always able to learn with confidence and knew I would be safe every time. Every single one of our dives together was a treat, and felt like we’d been doing it together for years.

I will sincerely miss the team at Asia Blue.

I cannot wait to get back to Thailand to dive with them again and am jealous of everyone who will get to do so in the mean time!

Beware of bus scam!
Bought tickets to get to Phuket by "luxury" bus but ended up sitting in the back of a ute then crammed into a mini van with a deranged driver who when confronted by myself and another passenger threatened to kill us.
Be careful this scam has everyone in on it all the way to Phuket.

Not professional.

We booked a day tour to Angthong National Park and 15 minutes before the pickup, they emailed us saying that the tour was postponed to the next day.

Few minutes later, they sent another message saying that in fact they wanted to reduce the number of people on the boat because of “weather condition”.

At this point, we sent them a message saying that we couldn’t go tomorrow as it was our last day in the island.

Then they “offered” us to go with another company, Safari Boats. Safari Boats seems to be used to this situation and it looked liked this was a way to earn money, as Safari Boats is 200THB cheaper than Asia Blue Tours.

In addition, Safari Boats was not aware of our dietary restrictions.

By the way, the weather was fantastic during all the day.

We went on the land tour around Koh Phangan by 4x4 and the speed boat trip to the marine park. Can't believe how much we got to see on those beautiful islands. Great value, learnt a lot from the guides and the food on both tours was delicious. Shame our time in Thailand was so short but can't wait to go back. Thanks asia blue, see you next time!

I checked the reviews for Asia Blue and could see there were some negatives. But it's so obvious that someone has a hate campaign going on and by the look of it all the reviews are completely exaggerated.all i've ever heard is good things and so went on a tour with them.

I went on the Koh Tao trip after some other travelers recommended it to me. So glad i did. The speedboat getting there was so much fun and a trip all on its own. I loved Koh Tao so much that i ended up going there after Koh Phangan and staying a week.

Couldn't fault this trip. Nice food, lots of time to snorkel and relax. Saw many nice beaches. Staff were good fun and spoke good english.

I went on the sea cruise on September 10th. It was superb! It was a gorgeous day cruising around the island. The boat is really big. I hung out a lot of the second floor on the sun deck until a dance party broke out on the main floor. I went swimming, deck jumping and snorkeling. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of vegetarian options. I met the captain Pong (?) which was also on our land tour a few days after. My favourite part was watching the sunset as we made our way back.really great day.definitely recommend it.

I also did the land tour a few days later. I was hung over from all the parties but still a great time.they took us to a few beaches, waterfall and to a really cool sunset viewpoint.

I was surprised by how smooth this tour ran. I was picked up on time from my hotel, given a bag of snacks and drinks (which was perfect since I didn't have time for breakfast), and we were off to the first stop on the tour. The beaches they brought us too were AMAZING (I can't stress that enough)! The snorkeling was breath-taking! We had a great lunch at the Asia Blue Beach Resort and caught the sunset at a pretty chill viewpoint bar with a 360-degree view of the island. The driver was very safe and friendly and took pictures for everyone that needed the extra hand.

Well done Asia Blue! It was an amazing day that I'll never forget. Thanks!

It is absolutely not advisable, to have a trip with ASIA BLUE TOURS!

In August 2019 my family and I booked a snorkeling tour from Ko Phangan to Ko Tao, provider was ASIA BLUE TOURS. We were told driving with two speed boats together with 10 to 15 persons per boat to Ko Tao. An accident insurance was included in the contract (we didn’t get a copy of it).

In the morning we were picked up with a car whose driver repeatedly drove back to the starting point with no explanation, therefore we were brought to the port half an hour late.

Only one heavily overcrowded speed boot arrived (about 25 to 30 Persons already in the boat), we had to sit in the very front of the boat. Only a few life vests were on board, nobody got one, no vests for smaller children available.

The driver ramped up the boat at a furious rate, the boat jumped up and off the rough sea, it wasn’t possible to hold tight, every impact hurt a lot. The crew didn’t care. As we struck a big wave, I lost hold and was catapulted from the seat and then hurtled to the uncushioned bench. I felt an indescribable pain in the back and knew instantly, that my spine was broken. My family had a heavy discussion with the crew to stop the boat and to bring us back to the port. We had to arrange the transport to a hospital by ourselves. An instable burst fracture of the spine was diagnosed with danger of paralysis of the legs.

ASIA BLUE TOURS, the provider of the tour, declined any responsibility. They told us that the included accident insurance isn’t accountable because a subcontractor (Funny Day Safari) carried out the tour, with whom we didn’t have a contract and we couldn’t reach them at any time.

ASIA BLUE TOURS refused to pay a small compensation of the enormous costs (hospital bills, transport in lying position from the island, transport to Bangkok, flight to Europe with business class to provide lying position) despite repeated fair-spoken demand. To get back at least the money for the journey, we had to sign a form, that ASIA BLUE TOURS nor Funny Day Safari isn’t accountable for the medical incident!

Finally, the head of the company had the imprudence of accusing us of threatening his wife during a conversation in the office. Furthermore, he had the audacity to answer my husband’s review that I‘ve had a preexisting medical issue (up until the accident I was an athletic woman in a very good medical condition, that is confirmed by the medical report and the CT scan) and that he knew it from the hospital (never ever would a hospital tell a complete stranger about a patients state of health)!

The unjustifiable handling of ASIA BLUE TOURS and the subcontractor ruined not only the holidays of me and my family, it caused a lot of pain and suffering until now, I had to undergo surgery. I only can hope, that I will fully recover.

Please calculate the risk when you are thinking about booking a tour through ASIA BLUE TOURS!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 15 und 19 Jahre) hatten bei Asia Blue Tours am 01.08.19 eine Schnorchel-Tour mit Speedboot von Koh Phangan nach Koh Tao gebucht. Das Speedboot fuhr bei hohem Wellengang extrem zu schnell, wodurch das Boot unkalkulierbar sehr hart auf die Wellen aufschlug. Der Ausflug endete nach 5 Minuten Fahrt mit Wirbelbruch meiner Frau, nachdem sie hart auf die Bank im Vorderteil des Bootes aufgeschlagen war. Die immens hohen Kosten für Behandlung und Folgekosten mussten wir zu 100% selbst tragen.

Durchgeführt wurde die Tour von Funny Day Safari, mit denen Asia Blue Tours im Nachhinein nichts zu tun haben will. Alle Anfragen nach mindestens teilweiser Kostenübernahme wurden konsequent abgelehnt. Die Kosten für die Tour wurden nur erstattet, nachdem wir schriftlich bestätigt hatten, sowohl Asia Blue Tours als auch Funny Day Safari sind nicht verantwortlich.

Wer bei Asia Blue Tours bucht, sollte unbedingt überlegen, ob man sich dem hohen Risiko aussetzen will.

Auch unter normalen Umständen (ohne den Unfall) auf gar keinen Fall empfehlenswert, Fahrer Transfer und Boot unpünktlich, Kommunikation schlecht (Fahrer kein Englisch), unzutreffende mündliche Aussagen (ein Boot, statt zwei, dieses dann voll beladen), unzutreffende Aussagen im Vertrag (keine Versicherung, keine Zusatzkosten – als erstes wurden wir auf dem Boot gebeten Eintritt für den Nationalpark zu zahlen).

We (family with 2 children, 15 and 19 years) had booked a snorkeling tour with speedboat from Koh Phangan to Koh Tao at Asia Blue Tours on 01.08.19. The speedboat drove extremely fast at high waves, which caused the boat to hit the waves incalculablely very hard. The trip ended after a 5-minute drive with one of my wife's vertebrae broken after she hit the bench hard in the front of the boat. We had to bear the immensely high costs of treatment and follow-up costs ourselves 100%.

The tour was carried out by Funny Day Safari, with whom Asia Blue Tours wants nothing to do in hindsight. All requests for at least partial cost assumptions were consistently rejected. The cost of the tour was only refunded after we had confirmed in writing that both Asia Blue Tours and Funny Day Safari are not responsible.

If you book with Asia Blue Tours, you should definitely consider whether you want to expose yourself to the high risk.

Even under normal circumstances (without the accident) in no way recommended, driver transfer and boat untimely, communication poor (driver no English), incorrect oral statements (one boat, instead of two, this then overcrowded), inaccurate statements in the contract (no insurance, no additional costs – but the first thing we were asked at the boat was to pay the national park entrance fee).

This review concerns a life-threatening experience.

As a family of four we booked a full day snorkeling trip to Koh Tao at the Thong Nai Pan office of ASIA BLUE TOURS on Koh Phangan. The promising flyer offered english speaking tour guides & insurance throughout the whole trip.

The day of the tour started with a car pick up from the local office by a third party FUNNY DAY SAFARI. We arrived at the pier 30 min late and no one except for us waiting at the pier.

After another 30 min had passed, a speedboat arrived and we were asked to board the boat. The speedboat operator was FUNNY DAY SAFARI and again there was no English speaking person among the boat crew. We quickly realized that the boat was overcrowded & consequently the only place to sit was in the very front of the boat. Neither were we provided with the insurance contract which every tourists is supposed to sign upon entering the boat, nor were we given any life vests.

Once the boat left the pier, the driver promptly sped up to catch up some of the lost time. It was windy that day and we immediately realized that the boat was going too fast. We had to hold onto the railing very tightly to withstand the force of the boat shooting out of the water & subsequently crashing onto the water an instant later. My dad remembers feeling anxious because he thought the boat was going to flip over.

After only 3 min of driving I heard my mom screaming dreadfully next to me. The boat had hit a particularly high wave, causing my mom to be lifted off the non padded plastic bench. A second later (the boat already shooted up the next wave) my moms body crashed back down onto the boat. The impact of the two forces caused a burst fracture in her spine (meaning that her L1 vertebrae broke into several pieces).

The crew noticed this incident but the driver didn’t bother slowing down. My mom immediately knew she broke her back and consequently started hyperventilating. It took me several attempts to get the driver to stop the boat (I had to scream at him).

My brother and my dad carried my mother to the back of the boat asking other passengers to make some space for her to lie down. No one was speaking except for one of the crew members who repeatedly tried to assure me to continue the journey. Again, I had to explain several times that the driver must drive to a beach to get us off the boat.

Finally the boat turned around. We carried my mother through the water onto the beach. As soon as we were on the beach the boat left.
With my mother lying on her side in the sand and the rest of us in shock, we called her an ambulance.

The hospital which confirmed my mothers spinal burst fracture. I got in contact with the the company owner Michael Fishwick via phone.
He kindly referred me to FUNNY DAY SAFARI and told me that ASIA BLUE TOURS is not responsible for any accidents involving third parties.

This tour was booked through ASIA BLUE TOURS but on the day of the trip we only came in contact with FUNNY DAY SAFARI. FUNNY DAY SAFARI didn’t answer any of our phone calls. Later that day we went to the ASIA BLUE TOURS office to get a refund for the trip. We were presented with a contract stating that we will only get a refund if we agree that NEITHER ASIA BLUE TOURS nor FUNNY DAY SAFARI is liable for this accident!

Our insurance only covers parts of the medical bills which are a fraction of the actual costs.
The doctors suggested my mom to fly her in a private jet to Bangkok Hospital to undergo emergency surgery by a specialist. Furthermore, they suggested her to remain in Bangkok until she has fully recovered.

As my family could have not covered these costs (6-figure sum), my mom decided to continue the treatment in Germany after consulting with a doctor from Germany. She remained in a Hotel 100m next to the Hospital for about 2 weeks to get stronger and eventually made it back to Germany via business class flight (paid by us).

PLEASE take reviews like this one serious and don’t book with ASIA BLUE TOURS nor FUNNY DAY SAFARI!

If you're visiting Thailand give this boat a go and you will 100% not regret it!
They cater to every need and the staff are absolutely accomodating!

I went on the Sea Tour with Asia Blue and had one of my favorite days in Koh Phangan. Our tour guide Caraline was so fun and had the boat partying from the moment we stepped on. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a day raging on the water. Thanks Asia Blue!

Wow what an amazing place to visit so much so this was our second trip there. Last year we went by a speedboat but this time we decided on the big boat option. This was a good choice as the boat is huge and made the trip so much more relaxing. All the food was tasty, the staff on board were great fun and the guide were very informative.

I think we saw pretty much everything on the tour. Monkeys, lake, caves and some spectacular viewpoints. Be warned though to get to some of the viewpoints you have to hike and climb a little but it's well worth it. The snorkelling and kayaking was a lot of fun too.

We will definitely go back again if we visit Koh Phangan in the future.

We had such a good day on the sea cruise! Jumped 3 floors off top deck into the sea, really nice food and fantastic company! Had a bad hangover the next day but that's the sign of a good time for me:)

it was a horrifying trip and we can all be happy that we are still alive!

we will definately never ever book any trip with Asia Blue - Tours again. I recommend to all of you to book your tours with any other company. Their booking office might look shiny and professional but their crew, equipment and ships are definately not!

Thinking about it afterwards I would have for sure paid the 500 baht more and booked the trip via our hotel.
Life is worth more than those 15€!

At first I was a little skeptical after reading previous reviews but took a chance on the sea safari cruise and wasn't disappointed! Bobo and the rest of the staff were amazing and sooo informative.

We went to some beautiful locations which we would never have discovered alone, food and activities were amazing.well worth the money.

We had a boat Trip with ASIA BLUE TOURS from Koh Phangan to Ang Thong Marine Nationalpark. The „luxury big boat“ was in an absolute desolate and rusty condition. Even before we were able to leave the port, the motor broke and also the electricity unit. After the motor could have been „repaired“ by the crew, we started pur Tour with a 45 Minute delay - without any Music because of no electricity. But the missing music shall become our smallest problem later on our way back. We arrived at Ang Thong, did our program in a quicker way and (tried) to went back to Koh Phangan. In the middle of our way back to Koh Phangan a passenger asked the Crew about the Smoke and smell comming from the motor - so they stopped the engine. Onwards we saw the crew deleting the fire under deck because the engine and cables were burning! It Took over 2 hours we have to wait on the smoking boat, without live wests or any further informations, until they called another boat to evacuate us. In the meantime it was dark, we floated without any lights and rudderless through the sea. An absolute horrible situation to sit on a struggeling, dark boat without any drive, just struggled by the Waves. We have asked ASIA BLUE TOURS about a refund and explained the situation on Board - But they were absolutely not cooperative and told us „the Tour have been completed“ and we do Not get any refund. Please do not book any tour via ASIA BLUE TOURS, their boat is life risking!
