Was a great stay at Amaya Resort.
The hotel is run by a French family. The hosts - super helpful and welcoming. The room - bright, clean, modern, nothing is missing. The breakfast - varied, fresh and delicious.

Since it is a bit outside the city center, we recommend renting a scooter. You can do this easily via the hotel.

I highly recommend it

Nice French operator who also gave us tips for restaurants and activities. Very nice facility with nice fear cats and a sweet dog who takes good care of the facility and the guests. The pool is the highlight, especially in the evening! The breakfast is delicious. A mix of local and French. The room is spacious and we had the pool with our own loungers and seating right in front of the door. There is also free Netflix and YouTube in the room. You can book Roller through the Hotel, which we recommend. There is a view point that is very close to the hotel.

The Amaya Resort was super nice! When we arrived we were friendly welcomed by the owners and got a great room directly at the pool. The breakfast was FANTASTIC - baguette, croissants, self-made cake, great cappuccino. The cocktails also were very delicious. I am happy we chose that resort!

Super friendly Staff and Owner (French), awesome breakfast with baguette, handmade cake. The cocktails are awesome, rooms are super modern and clean. Pool big enough to swim, quiet and familiar atmosphere.

Apologies for the late review. We stayed here for 3 weeks in September and our only regret is we didn't stay longer. We made friends for life here and consider that we now have an extended family. Everything for us was perfect and the location was ideal. The whole family gave us great advice and had the best local knowledge. The resort is spotless, the rooms are spotless, everything superbly maintained. Beautiful pool and bar area, and even more so when lit up in the evenings. A small slice of paradise amongst the coconut groves of Lamai. We were well looked after by Nour (apologies if I have spelt this wrongly), breakfast was always a pleasure, and sundowners were too. We will definitely be returning for pastis with Fabrice very soon.

I stayed a month with these guys and now are like family to me! They helped me a lot more then they should of to make my life easier, are good fun and very caring. The place is spotless, clean and. Eds are super comfy. Pool and vibes is perfect and my only place I stay at in Lamai.thank you guys! Miss you all, Niraj x

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome everything was amazing staff and owners were very friendly and helpful can't recommend this hotel enough it was brilliant and made our stay in kho samui even more special thank you so much for your hospitality

We went with our 10 month old baby and we felt like at our home. Really clean, helpful and happy people.

I just spent 1 night in this beautiful new hotel, they open only 2 months ago, and you can tell from the first step in the lobby. Room I had, the 11, have a large balcony, the bedroom is spacious, mattress is the perfect mix with soft and medium, huge TV with Netflix in 5 language! Bathroom is great with Italian shower, even the garbage basket in the toilet look beautiful. The view of the Coconut field it's so peaceful.
