Issara Boutique Winery Hotel

One of the most beautiful, relaxing places in Thailand. I visit with my husband and son - the rooms are very clean, modern with view of mountain. Very nice staff as well. 10/10 recommend

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Short drive from Bangkok for a peaceful getaway surrounded by scenic views and fresh air.

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Service was excellent, especially by Khun Nee who went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one.

My family and I were greeted warmly upon arrival. The concierge team is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are generally well-maintained, room service was prompt and the bonus would be the magnificent view. Will definitely come back again!

Stunning views with boutique wine.got a chance to winery tour with the owner of the resort.it is my first time to try a wine from oak barrels. Great experience!

I visited the hotel with my wife and 2 kids, The rooms were modern and clean. Their range of wines were the best Thai wine I've had. Beautiful property on the mountain top and very friendly staff. The hotel is also pet friendly - Very much recommended!

Nice little hotel in Khao Yai. Service was unfortunately abysmal, especially in the restaurant where the staff just didn’t know how to serve, setup a table or pour wine, which is pretty upsetting for a winery. The price paid was comparable to five star hotels in Bangkok and the only decent wine was the rose for THB 1350, which is the price of better wines in some places downtown. Disappointed to say the least, the only redeeming quality was the serene environment and the fact that the place is dog friendly.

Room are nice and clean! Foods are good taste. Hotel swimming pool at the ground floor. We rent hotel bicycle and drove around so excited.

We have a party of 10 celebrated a new year ever countdown party there. They charged Bath 1500/pax which include a buffet bbq dinner. The bufett spread is so pathetic and the owners are having a private party with friends and food is insufficient. We all left place after countdown total unhappy as the promised food are sufficient. They cooked the steak piece by piece and waiting for the bbq to be cooked is a challenged. At times the meat are uncooked as they are not ready to handle such a event. The staff are also so un friendly which makes the whole experience leaving a bad taste and looks like it is a scam to travel 1 hr from Khao Yai to eat there. However I must say the little steak we get it tastes good and the owners daughter did try to be friendly when we are leaving.
In summary all I can say they are no ready or don't have the experience to do this business and they have a long way to go before they can go and received more customers.
Let's not take tourist like us for a ride. Bad start for 2018. Don't go there until they are ready.
