ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ Entrance ทำให้ต้องอ่านป้ายและเดาเองว่าห้องอาหารไปทางไหน ส่วนสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมก็แปลกตาดีค่ะ ออกแนว Country มีทั้งที่ราบและที่สูง ผู้สูงอายุหรือผู้ที่เจ็บขาอาจเดินลำบากนิดนึง โรงแรมมีโซน Cafe และ Restaurant เขาเปิดห้องบ่ม Wine ให้ดูด้วยอยู่ข้าง Cafe พนักงานที่ Cafe สุภาพ พูดเพราะ ส่วนรสชาติอาหารที่ Restaurant ปานกลางค่ะ

I loved our stay at Issara Winery Hotel. The staff was superb, the rooms were spacious and clean and the food was excellent.

Went there for lunch, didn't stay in the hotel but the lunch and wine were fantastic!

Good staff and friendly. Nice swimming pool and lounge area with reasonable price food and wine. Happy with my stay and good getaway.

Me and my wife stayed here last weekend. The rooms were fully booked but yet has a peaceful feel to it. Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a rustic feel to it but recommend this hotel for those who want to escape the hustle of BKK and get in a good relaxation.

The food at restaurant was great with reasonable price. My wife ordered their ribeye steak and was cooked perfectly medium rare and presentable. I ordered their pork krapao which was quite spicy but still good taste. Great pairing with their easy to drink Chardonnay wine! Great stay.we will be back for sure!

Very nice place to stay! Quiet, comfort, chill and pets and children friendly! The owner and the staff very helpful and kind.

Just don’t go there. Value for money is not given. Our room was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned neither the sheets changed. We had to shower with cold water. We asked for everything to be fixed but it took one day to change the sheets but the bathroom was still dirty.

เป็นโรงแรมที่กลับมาพักซ้ำบ่อยที่สุด (ประมาณ 5-6 ครั้ง) พนักงานน่ารัก บริการดี ถ้าต้องการหาที่พักสบาย ๆ เหมือนพักผ่อนอยู่บ้าน ดื่มไวน์ อากาศเย็นๆ แนะนำเลยค่ะ ที่นี่มีไร่องุ่น ห่างจากโรงแรมประมาณ 3-5 นาที เข้าชมฟรี สั่งไวน์จากโรงแรมมานั่งดื่มที่ไร่ได้เลย ไม่มีคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม ล่าสุดมา work from vineyard. แฮปปี้มากค่ะ จะกลับมาพักอีกเรื่อยๆ แน่นอน

For the 6th times staying at Issara, P Moo never failed to spoiled us. Khun Olarn the owner also super kind, thank you.

After landed in DMK and drove to Khao yai immediately, feels home. Book the Suite if you want more spacious rooms and relax at the hotel with Issara wine.

During sunset, spend time on their winery and order the wine bring it with you, very romantic. On the wine, try to taste the vintage if they still have any, if don’t, do the unfiltered.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Do not be misled by the 4-star rating or the photos on shown on their website or Agoda/Booking. The reality is quite different.

This is, in fact, an old hotel trying to hype itself as a charming rustic boutique hotel. The facilities are quite rundown and in need of repair/upgrade. It seems they tried to renovate the rooms a few years ago, but it was done haphazardly that some parts look reasonably modern, while other parts look dated. The construction quality of renovation was rather poor. The cheap flooring starting to come off. Wooden door/window frames from many years back were not properly repaired. The wooden floor on the balcony is creaking and you should be careful to step on it.

Another very misleading feature is in its name. This hotel IS NOT located inside or next to the winery as the name suggests. Actually, you would need to walk a few hundred meters to the small winery (which, as of July 2022, is closed and also in need of investment if they want to compete with other wineries around Khao Yai). The staff told me they're only opened during winter and only for events like weddings.

The food is overpriced but poor quality. We realized our mistake when we checked in at the hotel so we read another review about the wine. Dodged the bullet on that one! However, my simple order (Thai basil with minced pork and rice) was so bad that I couldn't touch it. The breakfast was very average. The menu says pancake but instead I got an overcooked waffle. This is not even acceptable at a local restaurant on the streets.

Anyway, to be fair to them, one redeeming is the staff. I guess they know about the problems, and try to compensate by being helpful and attentive/friendly.

I wouldn't recommend this until they fix the whole facilities.

We’ve book 2 treehouse room with request for 1 room with 1 big bed and 2nd room with 2 separate bed. Both double occupancy. When we checked in, then realise they only have configuration of 1 big bed for tree house type. The service staff made it up to us with no fuss by adding 1 extra bed with no charge which is very nice of them but the room have no other space to walk on…

The towel was not change on day 2, they collected it and left us with 1 previous towel and 1 handtowel for 2 persons. We are not fussy, so didnt bother to contact them.

The website photos did oversell a little. The service is basic and hotel is not on wineyard itself or expect to catch a glimpse on it. Its probably a good 600m to 1km from hotel.
We didnt eat at hotel as we heard other guest complains that she waited an hour for her steak.

Other than that, the hotel team is friendly, tried their best and the owner came personally to say hi which is nice of him.

Nice hotel, clean, well maintained room. Good breakfast. A bit out of the way from anything. We stayed in Tree House room which is a bit misleading, it is a normal room with a loft.

Mixed feelings. The place is undoubtedly beautiful, the room was spacious and clean and had a great view.
The biggest problem was that it wasn't possible to taste any wines, not even order them by the glass. You can only buy them by the bottle, and they are 1200+Baht.not cheap. For this reason I got a bottle of 2020 Shiraz, which I found very sour. I wouldn't have purchased it if I could have tasted it beforehand. This also prevented me from trying and possibly buying any other of their wines. Strange practice for a winery.
Another let down was the food. 560Baht for a cheese and cold cuts platter is ok, IF you actually get a nice selection. Reality was very different though.
I know these are hard times for the industry, but even considering that, it was disappointing.
In conclusion, I recommend this place as a quiet getaway, but for food and wine I would look elsewhere.

เข้าพักห้อง superior ต้นเดือน พย 2564 อากาศช่วงเย็นกับกลางคืนเย็นถึงขั้นหนาวเลยทีเดียว

ความประทับใจแรกคือไม่มีที่จอดรถเพียงพอ ต้องจอดตามข้างถนนซึ่งเป็นทางลาดเอา เข้ามาสู่ล็อบบี้ตกแต่งสวยงามดีค่ะ แต่พนักงานค่อนข้าง งงๆ และให้บริการพูดจาไม่ค่อยดีโดยเฉพาะผู้หญิงท่านที่เป็น senior (ใช้ถ้อยคำไม่เหมาะสมกับผู้เข้าพัก)

และลิฟต์มี 1 ตัวสำหรับทั้งอาคาร ซึ่งไม่ใช่ปัญหาหลัก

สำหรับห้องพัก superior มีขนาดเล็กมาก ไฟสลัวมาก ตกแต่งธรรมดา (น่าจะรีโนเวทแล้ว วัสดุดูธรรมดามาก) ห้องน้ำก็เล็ก ห้องพักมี balcony ซึ่งไม่มีวิวเพราะมองออกไปด้านนอกเป็นทางลาดขึ้นไปที่ถนน (สรุปคือเป็นมุมทึบสายตา)
ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง พักห้องติดกับลิฟต์คือได้ยินเสียงคนเดินทั้งวันทั้งคืน และได้ยินเสียงจากด้านนอกได้อย่างชัดเจน

อาหารเช้าเป็นเมนูธรรมดา วัตถุดิบไม่ได้หรูหราอะไร มีข้าวต้มหมู สเตชั่นไข่ เบคอน ไส้กรอก แฮม ข้าวผัดไข่ ผักสลัด ขนมปังปิ้ง น้ำส้ม นม ผลไม้ 2-3 อย่าง

เทียบกับ ราคา 3,200 บาท ต่อคืน คิดว่าค่อนข้างสูงมากกับสิ่งที่ได้รับ

We had a very nice weekend stay here. Only a 2 hour drive from Bangkok. Very tranquil oasis after the city. Rooms well equipped and good size. Staff efficient and friendly. Dinner and wine good. The staff went the extra mile when we explained we were leaving early to take a day tour in the nearby National Park and they arranged a great picnic breakfast for us. Only objection would be please can you try to use more recycled containers and less plastic/ polystyrene for the picnic. On Sunday morning the owner and his wife were chatting and introducing themselves to the guests and this was a very nice touch. Charming people who care about their guests. Cannot comment on the pool area as we did not use it.

We attended a wedding all the way from spain and everything was outstanding! The hotel, the wine, the location. Its an amazing place to celebrate any type of event and the Issara family is there always to help you with all their love and happiness! I will always be happy to come back!

Nice mountains view was the only good thing here. I stayed 2nights.
1-The 1st night I had dinner at resort, I got disappointed, food was not worth for money paid. Other places were nicer, better, testier, and more verities.
2-I did not get a good breakfast as they had limited and late served. I didn’t expect for fantasy meals but they made me prepared my own meal on the day after.
3-Bath room blinder in room was useless. I was uncomfortable to shower and private things in bathroom. Can’t imagine if I have to stay with friends.
4-Wifi were not stable. This is the only one that I can accept because it in the forest!
5-Staffs were too polited but could not help. I prefer normal polite with able to help rather than to much polite and do nothing accepted apologized all time. I got apologized 4-5 times a day. And they could not help anything.
*Next time if I cannot book other place, I will visit ISSARA Boutique Winery again.
