Plai and Herbs : Suvarnabhumi Airport

Very good hotel for a layover before of after a flight from Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK) they have shuttle service to the airport at any time day or night for only 150฿

If you have a high tolerence level and low expectations from a cheap hotel next the airport, this place is ideal. Friendly enough staff, even with my terrible bad Thai.

Low cost option close to airport, nothing great about the hotel - outdated decor and furniture, rooms are spacious and clean

From what I have seen in other posts, they are mostly correct. It's a good place for a night or two. The restaurant has strange hours and the menu is limited. I had the BBq wings and found them tasty but not completely done. Being an American when I see blood I can't eat it. Since I am living in China I have learned to nibble around the bloody part. Someone complained about it being too far off the beaten path and the taxi drivers generally don't want to bring them back to the hotel. When you negotiate a ride take into account the tolls which will eat into the driver's pocket. So be kind or get a hotel downtown.

24 hr reception. Close to BKK airport. Elevator (but a flight of stairs to the elevator with no help). Clean rooms with warm water and soap, shampoo dispenser and fresh towels. Drinking water in rooms. Worth $20 net.
Shuttle was also convenient. Will stay there again for a quick overnighter after flying in late or before leaving early.

Room was nice I have it a 3 because even tho they asked if I needed a shuttle back to the airport they neglected to tell me that it only runs over night and stops at 8am. If checkout is at 12 there should be a shuttle at that time

Good clean cheap, very comfortable bed, hot shower, fridge good shuttle bus to airport, , 7/11 an local restaurant top of the street.can't fault for the price

I visited here in August. Best part is it location which near to BKK airport and the worst part is that staff is not showing interest in you. Staff is totally meaningless. Very rude. I suggests not to go to this place. There are numerous hotels and guesthouses available near to airport.

Run down facilities, no water in the sink, air conditioning not working well. Unfriendly staff.

Accessibility wise not very accessible only thru private vehicles or taxi, its about 40kms from Bangkok down town. Plus some inconveniences (sink, AC etc). But the view is good from the room, I like the small veranda and its pretty comfortable considering the price. We took the taxi to the train and got to Bangkok about 30 to 40mins.

Absolutely awful. Disgusting and poorly cleaned with outrageous prices. The terrible smell of the bathroom leaks into the rest of the room even with the door closed.

If you go to the website the price is lower but once you walk inside you have to pay the “walk in” price.

No free amenities, no safe to protect your valuables and flimsy locks on the doors.

As it is close the the airport it is a good place to stop after a 21 hours of travelling. It's about 30-40 mins to the city centre my cab.

Decent size rooms. Every room got a USB phone charger (don't nick it!:)
The rooms need a bit of refreshing.
Budget accommodation
Location: under 10km from the airport
Taxi fare from the airport is £3 about 4 euros.
There are two 7-eleven within 5 minute walk
Street food is quite good and very cheap
Poor Wi-Fi signal in the rooms.
Apparently they will pick you up from the airport for an extra fee (I have waited for over an hour)
I only recommend this place if you are very desperate.
I will definitely not book here again.
