Plai and Herbs : Suvarnabhumi Airport

Don’t you ever think to stay in this place, wifi doesn’t work, what you get not as what you see in the pictures.

ห้องน้้ำไม่สะอาด พื้นยังมีคราบสบู่คราบรอยรองเท้าและก้นบุหรี่ในห้องน้ำ อาบไปหลอนไป น้ำอุ่นใช้ไม่ได้ น้ำไหลเบาสายรั่ว ยุงเต็มห้อง แอร์ดังดีมาก ถังขยะในห้องไม่มี ดีมากคะเยี่ยม ที่พักไหนก็ตามถึงจะเก่าแต่สะอาดบริการดีก็มีคนพัก ฝากให้คิด แต่นี้คงไม่มาแล้วคะ

False advertisement, rude reception, furnature very cheap and very bad service, totally not feel good place, i will never come again,
from reception desk u feel like you are not welcome, very strange.since we are paying customer,
no smile, no help, its like they begging you to give 1 star.lol.you got it.

ห้องดีสมราคา TVไม่มี ตื่นเช้ามาน้ำก็ไม่ไหล แล้วคนรับขึ้นเครื่องจะทำยังไง ครั้งที่สองคงไม่มีและไม่มาที่นี่

ห้องพักสะอาด มีที่ตากเสื้อ แต่ประตูห้องน้ำเปิดยาก อยู่ไม่ไกลจากถนนกิ่งแก้ว มีรถประจำทางวิ่ง

I don’t recommend this hotel. First of all they make me paid two times, they told me that the payment didn’t work by the website Booking so I had to pay by Credit Card, but it worked, and now Booking doesn’t want to refund me.
And then the room are dirty with a baby diaper in our trash for example.

The place does not have any dining facility. The rooms are pretty bare, not even a phone to reception. The location is far away from any decent eatery, pharmacy, or any tourist site sans the airport. On the plus side though the WiFi is pretty good, the beds are comfortable, and the TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube. I did not have these in the previous hotel I stayed that cost me 5 times as much.

My son is staying there overnight he has an early flight back to UK so I can't comment on service etc

We booked for 2 rooms and when we arrived in the evening no one was working. There was a note stating our key would be available next to our name but there was only a key in a plastic container. When we used the key to the room, to our horror, someone was already in there.

Poor communication and set-up, will likely never book with them again.

On reception we were charged extra on top of paid price. Room looked terrible. Trip hazards in shower (huge metal bar across). It is a one star hotel

I like this hotel. They have a garden. Nearly groceries. Great location.
Stuff is very polite. The room is big. Also, I like a balcony.
They have an airport shuttle. No worries, tell me the time, and they will take you to the airport.
Highly recommend this hotel.

I wish I could give the gentleman behind the counter proper rating. But his attitude has been if tou want to.leave you can leave and was very rude.
There is no room phone so expect to walk down or tale elevator for anything you need to reach out. I don't hav3 any issues with that as I found out right at checkin time as I asked him.
Hot water wasn't working and when we asked him to see if it can be fixed.his answer has been we don't guarantee anything works.

ลิฟใช้ไม่ได้ น้ำไหลนิดเดียวกว่าจะอาบน้ำได้ ตอนอาบน้ำน้ำซึมออกด้านนอกระเบียงแล้วไปขังเต็มระเบียง ประตูด้านหลังพังปิดไม่ได้ ห้องสกปรกมากๆๆไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดเลย เอากระดาษทิชชูเช็ดดำปี๋ แอร์เย็นแต่เห็นกลิ่นบุหรี่ในแอร์มากๆๆๆ ผ้าห่มที่นอนเหม็นหมดเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดแอร์ อาจจะเป็นบางห้องที่เป็นหรือปล่าวไม่แน่ใจ แต่สำหรับฉันจะจำไปตลอดเลยชื่อนี้

แย่มากคับพนักงานรับโทรศัพท์พูดจากวนตีนมากไม่ควรไปอุดหนุนคับมีที่พักอีกเยอะคับที่เขายินดีตอนรับลูกค้า

Great hotel, friendly staff. We were almost 1 hour early and they let us check in nonetheless, as soon as the room was ready. Clean rooms, cold ac, hot shower. 10 minute drive from the airport. Plenty of food options in the area at walking distance.

The hotel is out of the way if you want to go out for dinner. You have to go up ten stairs to get to the elevater. The room was dirty and the water heater broke the morning we checked out. A 75 baht cab ride costs 150.

The place is supposed to be a short stay one for air travel. Still, even though the bedsheets were freshly washed (you could smell it on them), they were stained, like oily. It would also have been nice to have the air con working.

This hotel is perfect for short time stay. Room was clean and the lobby is very nice, you can sit outside and enjoy cold beer after a long flight. Breakfeast was okay too. They didnt serve lunch or dinner even thought is was said in their website that they do, but maybe it was just the date we were. Anyway there is 7/11 and a good Thai restaurant just around the corner.
