Great convenience if you're taking connecting flights within a day due to the very short distance from Sivarnabhumi airport.

Very convenient and clean hotel. They have 24 hour shuttle bus from the airport (near exit 4). They have good restaurants as well, so if you have a few hours spare but do not want to eat at the airport, you can take their shuttle, come to the hotel and eat, and then take the shuttle back to the airport. Overated, it's close to the airport but that's about all. Old rooms, bad atmosphere especially in the huge lobby the food, well just sucks to be honest and way overpriced.

I was on a flight from Phuket to Bangkok, when we landed the doctor said I was not well to travel, it a nice clean hotel.
They charged me 9600 baht which is about £229. My mate got the same room. For £126, I would not go to this hotel again

Good location, more comfortable to go airport, it has transfer to airport for 10min.
I stayed 1night of 9th Dec and back to stay again 1 night of 12th Dec. Unfortunately, air conditioner in my rooms have problem both 9th and 12th of nights. I have to move room both 9th and 12th of nights at late night. Operator is very very good to deal with reception to change room for me. I am very appreciate in staffs here and I like swimming pool too.

Luxurious, beautiful.and expensive. Hotel can be accessed from outside or from the airport or almost directlyl airport train. Good news is that you can check in anytime and that is when they start counting the 24 hours.

Superb facilities.reasonable food prices in rest. Unfortunately bathroom faucet fixtures unfortunately placed and shoddy. Friendly staff. For walkthrough go down to basement of Bkk airport (signage Metro) then follow signs to Airport Hotel. There is free shuttle bus for those w.luggage.

Great location for a stop-over and quick hop into the city (the hotel is on top of the ARL). Junior suite is large and well designed! Staff is very professional and helpful.

Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi international airport is very nice hotel situated along the International Airport and one can walk to the hotel with luggage trolley to the Hotel after clearing immigration and customs clearance. It also serves nice breakfast and does have options Vegetarian meals.

Expensive, great service but rooms need refurbishment. Stained carpets, paintwork, decor. Excellent 24 hour checkout, so if you arrive late one night you don't have to check out the next morning. Breakfast is not included despite the high price. Great 10 minute shuttle service to the airport. Just a five minute walk to the sky train station to get to the city centre. Food varies from pizza and fast food to posh cuisine. I found it a bit soulless, but that's probably what all airport hotels are like.

Great location. It is literally connected to the airport. They do offer a shuttle, but honestly walking through is easier.

The rooms are nice and the service is fantastic. Check out the garden. Hard to believe you are just feet away from a busy airport.

With the extra cost versus options outside the airport if you have a layover.

I asked the receptionist how to get to the airport. He said you could go behind the building.
I circled the airport parking lot in the sun for 20 minutes.
And asked the person who met. He said he had to go to the underground passage. What is the person in the reception? Was it that difficult to say to go underground?
There is a shortage of hotel amenities.
However, it is a good place to go and a shuttle bus is easy to get there.

Perfect place to stay if you land in the night or have to catch a plane early in the morning and want to avoid a long drive to or from the airport. You don't hear anything from the traffic in the rooms and even the outside pool area is astonishingly quiet. Three different restaurants give you plenty of food options and the shuttle to and from the airport is free.
