Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

Pretty quiet as of Sep 23, not much changed over the years, starting to become a bit faded. Restaurants good. Can access by an underground walkway -about 10 mins and you can pick up some groceries (milk/snacks) from the stores on the ground floor, on the way. Otherwise there is a shuttle from the arrivals floor, turn right out on Int arrivals and look for the Novotel stand.

Convenient hotel for a transfer. I didn't have high expectations for the hotel. We checked in quickly, they didn’t take a deposit because we spent very little time at the hotel. There is a transfer from and to the airport. We weren't able to attend breakfast, but we went to dinner buffet style. Chinese, Japanese, Indian cuisine is presented. Lots of different sweets. Tasty.

Very old and dingy hotel. Definitely needs a refresh. The only thing going for this hotel is the location because it's conveniently connected to the airport where you're able to walk to the terminal directly from the hotel.

Certainly one of the best airport hotels I've ever seen. Beautiful atrium, multiple restaurants, a lovely outdoor pool, a spa and breakfast from 3am to 11am. Not just a clean room to crash between flights.

That being said, it's starting to show some wear, especially in the bathrooms. Housekeeping do a good job, but only a light renovation can clean up some of the grime in corners of shower, etc.

I just wanted to send a little note to say thank you to Khun Nueng for my sunflowers for my boyfriend’s birthday, it really made his day even more special, they were absolutely stunning, we loved it.

The hotel is good and is located next to Bangkok International Airport and is suitable for those who have transit flights and a long waiting time.

Great location in the airport, no need for shuttle to get there.

The Accord application stated that it was complete, it was not.

Right in the airport, but still very quiet. Nice big pool.
There are no family rooms, although the double bed is 2 meters wide and a maximum of one extra bed is provided free of charge for children. Unfortunately, the extra bed is very hard and would also need a topper. We slept really well in the big bed. The rooms could slowly be modernized, but the condition is still okay.
Great member service, check in in the lounge with refreshments, and there are also drink vouchers for silver status and above. These can also be exchanged for cocktails etc, which taste very good.
Price a bit too expensive in my opinion.

Nice hotel with good restaurants, pool and gym. The best thing about this hotel is it’s attached to the airport.

As a business traveller and accor member this would have to be my favourite hotel when in transit. Super friendly staff, excellent shuttle service huge variety of meal and drink choices throughout the hotel or for in room dining.

Large buffet but its quality is not good.
Dropped a lot from before covid 19.
Need to improve a lot - not used for a Novotel outlet

I Was on a flight from Phuket to Bangkok, and was to sick to travel on to London, the staff at the hotel were very helpful, also the medical crew were amazing at BKK airport.

Tolle Zimmer. Wunderschöne Lobby mit Ausstellung. Freundliches Personal. Direkt an Flughafen. Ohne Fluglärm. Komme gerne wieder.

Due to being ill on a flight and being refused onward travel we stayed at the Novotel overnight, the staff were very kind and friendly, would highly recommend this hotel.

Easy to get to from the airport on the complementary hotel minibus. Check in was quick and efficient. Very clean and pleasant room overlooking the pool area. This is a perfect stopover en route, as we were, to Hong Kong. We had access to the Club Lounge on this occasion and the food was excellent during the cocktail hours. Previously we have used the main restaurant which had a very good and varied buffet. Our daughter used the spa and said it was really good.

It's the best hotel most comfortable and luxurious. Would be very relaxing to stay. However airport hotels are usually for a night of stay and at 7000 THB it is very expensive for a 6 hour of sleeping time.

Large rooms, loads of different eateries though perhaps a bit pricey. Lovely pool and lounge area. Very convenient for the airport.
