Miracle Transit Hotel

Don't get why the reviews are so bad. Served it's purpose perfectly when we were in stuffy Bangkok airport for 5 hours. Clean room, shower, fast wifi, air conditioned, with not a bad three course lunch. Was very pleased with it all.

Paid for 6 hours stay but its only 9 to 3 which is useless because i reached there at 6 n waited 3 hours to get room n left n will stay only 4 hours. It is supposed to be transit hotel n they charge you for 6 hour but dont accommodate you. I was traveling with two kids but no consideration

Disappointed. I am frequent visitor of transit hotels but would not go here ever again. Overpriced, chaotic, takes 30+ minutes to get your food (which was not worth the wait). Very noisy in the hallway due to certain cultures not understanding what a 'quiet zone' means. No hot water in the shower. Uncomfortable bed and pullows. Require cash deposit for the room key even after giving them a credit card guarantee for the room + incidentals. It all just does not make any sense given the high room charge.

If you need a rest or quiet time, don't go here. If you decide to do anyway, you have been warned. And bring ear plugs.

Worst value for money! Noisy and dirty. Shower a trickle. Show did not drain. Staff did not care. Thin walls and no sound proofing. You need earplugs! WARNING on Expedia! Originally paid 2000 baht booking on line with Expedia. Good value at this price. BUT this is for special hours ONLY! Not clear on Expedia. Had to pay an extra 3000 baht making it a VERY expensive stay. VERY BAD VALUE!

I have seen better hospital rooms. Bed so uncomfortable, showers substandard. Im sorry I just do not have anything good to say. Total waste of money.

Suppose to mention just for arrival only in early! Not for departure from mainland of Thailand.otherwise it will make u a lot of trouble.suppose to tell in the early not hide the term and condition at below FOR 6 HOUR ONLY.it is indirectly cheating the people to book on line. It doesn't got signboard to show where the location.

Shower, quiet cool place, good food and drink selection. I’ve never done one of these before so I haven’t been spoilt yet. Having a shower after 24 hours traveling is almost a religious experience. The food, drinks and WiFi were all on point and icing on the cake. Would recommend (although have nothing to compare against)

Miracle you are alive. One star too many. Lack of services should be substituted by friendly staff. This place has neither. Food (If you call the leftovers from the business class lounge food?) is bad (the term bad does not give the exact description of quality nor taste)
Major airlines concerned about their reputation should avoid this place.

My family with 2 kids stayed for 10 hours. Arrived early in the morning. Breakfast was included and was nice. Had a good sleep. Nice clean room and bath. I booked it online through their website. Paid more than 5000 thai bhat. Yes it’s expensive but we had a transit of 12 hrs.

Horrible how they treat people here. Better don't stay here if you want a quiet and peaceful night.

No Star. Did not even get to stay here. Had a Thai friend call 2 times to book. Could not get a price at all. I called and got asked how many hours. So for 16 hours was over $11000 baht. I laughed and hung up. Too many stupid questions. Prices are not correct on booking site. Avoid and stay a $500 baht ride away. What a joke

Good enough. You don't have a choice if you are an elite member of other airlines. So you need to stay here for a good rest and eating if you are not yet full. This is also a hotel inside the airport.

This hotel is on 4th floor at concourse G, see photos I've attached, you can see the sign over in the right. You can only get to the 4th floor once you've gone through immigration or the security screening on level 2. We were a family of two very tired adults with a couple of kids and a very long transit connection, but not long enough to leave the airport. So we stayed here overnight to "recharge". Rooms aren't sound proofed (you'll here public announcements from outside), but for how tired we were, we couldn't be bothered. That is why we were happy to pay $$$, pricey had it not been for the very specific need it addresses. So if you are shattered and need some shut eye, this is for you hence the 4 stars. Otherwise there is a risk you may be disappointed (and then this is a 3 star at best) - better off with one of the paid premium lounges. Considering our circumstances, I will use this again and would recommend to similarly tired parents of little people:) kids stay free as long as existing bedding is used. Note this used to be called Louis Tavern as well.

Checked in today and spent $300 on a room and the spa. Got offered "special services" in the spa discreetly for cash - thanks but no thanks, paid for a two hour massage got out in an hr and quarter - did not want to be in there anyway. Hung out at the lounge and was asked to pay 300 baht for a coffee - apparently i'd consumed too many coffees (3 in 4 hrs). Dodgy, Rude, Unprofessional and exploiting exclusivity at the airport.

Worsttt experience ever!
Better to rest and wait near your departure gates rather than wasting your money here.
Navigation and signs leading to the designated hotel are confusing as hell!
They require a USD10 key deposit which wasn't mentioned anywhere on my booking and they wont charge that amount from credit or debit card. The ability of front desk staff to speak english makes you pull your hair.
Nowhere near hospitality.

High price for 4hr stay
Clean and comfortable rooms
Snack bar access included plus bottled water
Ok if you need sleep

Would not stay here if not required for transit. Everything about it except the price is cheap. Noisy all through the expensive night. Don't plan on getting much sleep here.

Beware, they try to charge you in base currency of your credit and debit card to take more money from you

Reception is being extremely unpleasant. After a long journey, I would expect at least a decent treatment, however the receptionist decided to treat customers who came last first. That's not a way to treat a solo traveller!
