Miracle Transit Hotel

Terrible experience. Never made it to the room, so I had to book a room at boxtel in the basement. They never stated on the website that you had to arrive at an international flight to use the hotel. We came in on a domestic flight, so we could not access the room we reserved months in advance. I’m out $200 USD.

We arrived late at night via a domestic flight and needed a place to crash for the night. I booked this hotel several months ago to be prepared. It is conveniently inside the airport, but you must get through security. Since we could not check in to our international flight until morning, we could not get through security to reach the hotel. We never used it.

We thought we could at least use the miracle lounge, but they did not offer us the privilege.

We called the hotel, they repeated directions how to get to the hotel, and promptly hung up. To clarify their directions wouldn’t be helpful.

At this point, I could not cancel the stay. No where in their website do they state you must arrive on an international flight to utilize their hotel. I would have felt better throwing my money into a river.

Room had noise from airconditioning which was a bit annoying otherwise nice and clean. Had 2 single beds. Was right at the end of the terminal A so was a bit of a walk and also to gate later for flight was about 20 minute walk. So take into account.

Only transit hotel in BKK airport that is free from hassles clearing the immigation to access. Quite expensive though. Quiet place for short sleep, have bath/shower facilities, have bar and resto within the area.

Crossing the border in the middle of the night, simply resting, finding a bed and taking a bath to relax is an option. It's just that you may want to consider the C/P.

Stayed here for one night as part of the compensation as our airline oversold the flight and denied our boarding.
Hotel's located in a relatively remote area of ​​the airport. Had to walk 10 mins from the transfer counter to the hotel counter to check-in, then have to wait 5 mins for someone to take us to the room with another 15 mins walk
Room quality better than expected. Nothing special but has everything that should be there. Looked a bit dated with a very old-fashioned water heater and knob door lock. But overall it's good enough. Slept well.
The food is terrible. They only provide microwaved prepared food package with some very spicy peas that were almost inedible.

Located conveniently near the transit lounges, its a one stop shop for all your transit needs. The price is very justified and saves you from the hastle of getting an on-arrival visa if you are not looking towards exploring the Bangkok city. Complimentary breakfast is nice with ample choices for children and adults alike.

Hotel rooms are comfortable and the deluxe rooms have a small shower and toilet. It serves it's purpose if you're forced to have an overnight layover in BKK. It's located at the end of the A gates on the third floor.
Thin walls and location are the main complaints, but we still found it to be useful during our trip.

Without clear information, we spent almost 1 hour to find the location.

1st step) Go to check-in center near gate D6 on 3rd floor.

2nd step) Follow hotel staff to Miracle transit hotel.

Even if there were only 2 beds in my room without toilet and TV, 4 hours' relaxing made me refreshed after long business trip.

Floor air-conditioning was a little loud but cool enough, and staff was very nice.

In conclusion, staying here was a good choice for me and my colleagues.

I paid $271 for a 10-hour stay. I think it's a rip off for a room without a tv. The reception should be staffed with an English -speaking staff. You will have to wait for an hour or so for the receipt. This is when you are already tired from a red eye and just wanted to shower and sleep. I like the old set up better. In the morning, there is only one staff manning the reception and the breakfast orders.

It's a nice place, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Recommend the place for layovers for those transiting through bangkok if flights are delayed and one needs accomodation. Food selection not that great and portions are not much

The room was sparse and large, very basic room but if your there for just a few hours and to get sine sleep then it's ok. Hard to locate from airport and the cost for my husband and I for 6 hours was 4000 baht.i would have liked a bathroom and at least a TV in the room.

6 hours room (612) Yesterday for more than 125€ with no shower, poor internet connection, noise of hammer because in renovation, inadmissible!

While returning to Japan, we stayed at the MIRACLE TRANSIT HOTEL on 3rd September, 2022. All the staff was very polite and helpful except the one Male Staff who asked very rudely about our Breakfast Ticket.
However, the hotel is highly recommended, as this one is located in quiet place and you can relax and even have shower.

Reception told me no room available, only suite which costs around $150 for 4 hours. If more hours maybe cost an extra flight ticket. 1 star from me

Not a star service. Unfortunately this accommation was arranged by Thai airways as Thai Airways failed to bring me at the scheduled time for my connecting flight. Very basic facility but expensive rates.
Food is basic. Beds are nice. No TV channels in the room. No hand soap or liquid hand soap at the toilet sink. Aircon cannot be regulated. If you feel more cold you have to cover yourself with bedsheets only. Reception staff are sarcastic don't know much about quality customer service. Their response ia not attentive. May be because I am paying for my stay!? When asked about the hand soap for the bathroom sink the reception staff stays shower gel fitted on the shower cubicle wall is 3 in one. No special hand soap provided.
Not enough lighting in the room. Few lights illuminates at the contour only. It seems it is located in the centre of airport. Once you open the curtains you see all the people sitting, walking around, normally we expect some better view. Don't feel privacy if you open the curtains.

It would be suitable only for a mere sleep at a very expensive price. I would say this is only a 2 star accommodation, but not 4 star accommodation

Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi's Miracle Transit Hotel is amongst the best in Southeast Asia where transit travellers who have long connection layovers can stroll in for a check-in to relax, rejuvenate and recharge for their next journey leg. Rooms are comfortable, large and accommodating with food and beverage available to all pax 24/7.

A truly terrible experience. Rooms are acceptable, but staff are unprofessional and out to get you from start to finish. You will be charged for 4hrs if you stay one minute over, you need cash deposit for key, i.e. You will be shaken down at every interaction. Their business philosophy seems to be “customer is the enemy”, and I presume staff training is courtesy of the ‘Bangkok Hilton’. Novotel just outside airport hall is a much, much better option (and less expensive).

Cleanliness like a station toilet - dirt and hair everywhere in the shower.
Impolite staff that threaten us with the airport Police in case we did not pay twice the amount our booking showed.not recommendable!

No star. I am literally at this hotel or whatever. It is 2: 20am and i am up because of cockroaches! ON MY BED! CRAWLING! They didn't understand what a bug or cockroach is also didn't even try to do anything about it. One of them said 'Change your room! ' and then left. I wasn't gonna say anything about their poor service or poor shower condition but cockroaches were kinda too much. For 4hours, i had to pay around 140~50bucks and now I don't think i can sleep here. The worst experience ever!
