One of the good hotels in Rayong. I would encourage the hotels to keep the basics like toothbrush and paste at least considering the business visitors foot fall, other wise the property is really nice.

Incredible services and warm, welcomed stay. Kudos to the hotel staff for keeping it so good under these pandemic times. The food at rooftop (highest restaurant I think in town) is awesome. Staff are very courteous and welcoming with a great service attitude. Loved the siting area near the window at Breakfast which was the best part of the stay with lot of focus on COVID guidelines, Live counters for Hot Sandwiches, Waffles, Soups and Congee. The staff at breakfast was mind blowing.

พนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักเรียบหรูดูดี บรรยากาศในห้องสวย แต่ด้วยสถานการณ์โควิด คงต้องเห็นใจทางโรงแรมที่แบกรับต้นทุนในเรื่องอาหารเช้าที่คาดการณ์จำนวนผู้เข้าพักได้ยาก จำนวนตัวเลือกอาหารอาจไม่ถึงขั้นอลังการ แต่ก็ดีทีเดียว Roof top ที่ถือว่าเป็น signature ของที่นี่ ก็ยังเป็นจุดดึงดูดที่น่าสนใจ ไว้ผมจะมาอีกนะครับ

ห้องพักบรรยากาศดี วิวเมืองสวยๆ อุปกรณ์ของใช้ค่อนข้างครบ น่าจะขาดแค่แปรงสีฟัน แอร์ในห้องเย็นสะบายกำลังดี ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ เตียงนุ่ม หมอนมีทั้งนุ่มทั้งเฟิร์ม ห้องน้ำก็ดี น้ำอาบปรับอุ่นได้ดี น้ำแรง เอาเป็นว่าดีหมดทุกอย่าง พอใจห้องและการบริการมาก อาหารเช้ารสชาติดี ห้องอาหารบริการดี คอยสอบถามและให้คำแนะนำเป็นอย่างดี ชอบมากๆ จะต้องกลับมาใช้บริการอีกอย่างแน่นอน

สะอาด สะดวกสบาย ติดกับห้างช้อปปิ้ง มาตรฐานสากลโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว/พนักงานตอนรับ, เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำห้องอาหาร บริการดีเป็นอย่างมาก/ห้องน้ำสะอาด/ห้องพักพร้อมอาหารเช้าราคาเกินคุ้ม/ห้องอาหารค่ำ บรรยากาศดี ราคาไม่แพงจนเกินไป // ทางขึ้นที่จอดรถแคบ ต้องใช้ความระมัดระวังนิดนึง. ผมเอารูปในเฟตบุ๊คทางโรงแรมมาลงนะครับ. ถ่ายเองไม่สวยเท่าไหร่ แต่ในรูปที่ทางโรงแรมลงตรงปกอยู่ครับ.

This is a real high standard hotel.facilities and space in the room really work in excellent function, clean and good view of panorama beautiful city and see by far. Good lightning.

Great place to go back to after a day's work. Excellent service level ftom the staff. Conveniently located next to the Passione Mall.

This is a very nice and new hotel in Rayong. It's next to a mall. Not near the beach. But, very nice and very convenient location for Rayong center.

Good one, i have been here on halloween night and and there is party on the 31st floor bar with scary decoration. I respect all the work staffs at the hotel arrange this.

I have a good sleep here after a long day. Good accommodation worth the priceof1600.

Very nice modern hotel with excellent amenities. A nice infinity pool on the 29th floor overlooking the sea. There is a well appointed fitness center that has all anyone would need. A rooftop restaurant and bar that had amazing food. The staff was very polite throughout. Definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. The view from the 30th floor restaurant and bar is amazing and the food is fantastic. Our server was named Fon and she was pure joy. Very professional and pro active in keeping the food and drinks moving along. I would stay here again and recommend it to all.

Very nice roof top bar at the 30th floor. At the restaurant you will get very delicious food. The view over Rayong is very awesome. It's a nice place to show your girlfriend how you love her.

Very good hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The rooftop bar is very nice but the prices are a little too high. Unfortunately I didn’t bring my swim shorts to use nice very nice looking pool. I will be back the next time I’m visiting Rayong.
