Wir hatten mit Aufpreis den Bungalow am Strand. Hier drumherrum ist nix. Die Betreiber bieten Essen und Wäsche waschen überteuert an. Sucht euch was anderes.

This is literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The owner was very rude. The breakfast was horrible. Book somewhere else.anywhere else.

- อันดับแรก อาหารเช้า ไม่ประทับใจเลย มาแบบจานเดียวอาหารน้อยมาก ย้ำน้อยมากจนต้องนั่งมองหน้ากันว่า จะพอกินเหรอ สลัดผักขนาดถ้วยน้ำจิ้ม แพนเค้กเล็กๆ 2 ชิ้น และ แฮมชิ้นเล็กมาก อีกหนึ่งชิ้น สั่งไข่ดาวเพิ่ม (คิดเงิน) เพราะทานแล้วไม่อิ่ม อะไรที่เพิ่มได้แบบไม่เสียเงิน ไม่บอกครับ. แนะนำว่าให้ถามก่อนนะครับ.

- อาหารแบบแพคเกจ อันนี้ใช้สิทธิ์เที่ยวด้วยกันเหมาแบบงงๆ ถ้าใครขี้สงสัยแนะนำว่าผ่านไปเถอะครับ.

-ที่มาพักอยากลองทานขนมปังอบ ที่อาจารย์ทำ ลองแล้ว ไม่อร่อยครับ 7-11 อร่อยกว่า ที่ผมต้องทานขนมปังอบเพิ่มเพราะอาหารเช้าให้น้อยมากครับ.

รายละเอียดที่ไม่ประทับ มีอีกเยอะแต่ลงแค่นี้พอครับ

บริหารงานด้วยผู้สูงอายุ สองท่าน อาจจะไม่เหมาะกับบริการที่ผมต้องการ ตรงนี้ต้องแจ้งไว้ก่อน คนเราชอบไม่เหมือนกันครับ.

ไม่มีรูปลงนะครับ ไม่ประทับใจ และผมลืมอ่านรีวิวที่คนต่างชาติมาพัก ดูแต่คะแนน Agoda เลยพลาดครับ

Disappointing. For this price 2, xxx THB you can stay anywhere.
This place is neglected, untidy, overgrown. Not nice design (nothing about the theatre). The owner, I can't feel their warm welcome. They charge for everything. Like they think about their income before customer.
I don't understand why the old reviews were too good. Everything is changed.
If you want to stay here, you should call to check if they have any improvement. If not, don't come! Not recommended!

Disappointing. Very unwelcoming vibe. During our visit the place was staffed by two girls who didn’t seem to want us there. Communication was nearly impossible (this has not happened before on our 3 months trip in Thailand). After we phoned the owner, this improved a little. The garden and beachfront is a neglected piece of property.

Things we did like are the location right on the beach, the clean room with sea view and breakfast with homemade bread.

We think the place might have switched owner, because we don’t understand the enthusiasm of previous visitors, mainly because of the unwelcoming atmosphere created by staff and property

The reviews for this place don’t make any sense to us at all. We have not found it clean and the staff have been apathetic to ours concerns and didn’t make any effort to resolve any of the issues. We were greeted reluctantly by a lady who did not give us any information, just the keys and a grumpy look.
We’d have been happy to stay if the room had been advertised honestly as a standard double room. It was instead advertised as a Villa and the word Villa has been used very liberally here.

The boutique Villa is certainly not boutique and the one- room Villa which I paid more for, was identical to it. The label one-room Villa gave me the impression that there will be one bedroom and another room, but it is Is fact exactly the same as the boutique Villa, without the sofa bed.

They claim to have every amenity in the rooms, such a joke. There was not even towels until we asked. There was a kettle and two single sachets of Nescafé, no milk or sugar. There was not even a glass in the toilet for us to put our toothbrushes in or rinse.

The air was not getting cold so we looked at the air con filters and they were so filthy, as they hadn’t been cleaned since they were installed. They refused to clean it, said they can get an engineer the next day so we had to clean them ourselves. Nasty job.

There was a pill capsule in the floor, showing the careless cleaning job, bits of dead spiders in the bathroom and a very grubby balcony which hadn’t been steeped in days. I won’t go on.

Also they claim to have a strong WiFi in all the rooms, our WiFi signal didn’t work on either phone.

It was sad really as the beach is gorgeous and we were mostly upsettingf by their attitude and apathy to the problems. We think it has so much potential and which they’d taken better care of us and the resort.

We stayed for 2 nights with my husband and his parents. We were overall disappointed, as the hotel didn’t match the description and online ratings.
The hotel was very hard to access, through a steep and bumpy road. No real parking available.
Rooms were very basic (small fridge, small tv, that’s it) and the “sea view” was through a dirty/empty land.
Breakfast is quite good, but starts at 8, which was too late for us as we planned to leave early for snorkeling on the first day. No fruits or yoghurt as advertised.
The beach was nice, clean and very private. A nice place to relax, with a good restaurant 750 m away.
Not such a great experience, especially for a price higher than most equivalent hotels in the area.

A lovely place, beautiful beach, very nearby, so friendly owners of the hotel, they help you where they can, and the breakfast ist incredible good. Come and see!

บริการดีมากค่า ร่มรื่น ห้องพักสะอาด นอนสบาย วิวทะเลสวยเลยค่ะ ตื่นมาตอนเช้าเห็นทะเลแล้วสดชื่นมากๆค่ะ อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบอเมริกัน ไม่ได้เป็นบุฟเฟต์ แต่ว่าเค้าจะเสิร์ฟมาให้ทีละเมนู ไม่ต้องกลัวว่าจะไม่อิ่มค่ะ เพราะเค้าเสิร์ฟมาให้เยอะมากๆๆๆๆ ตั้งแต่อาหารยันผลไม้ อร่อยทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ ราคาไม่แพงเลยค่ะเมื่อเทียบกับประสบการณ์ที่เราได้รับ อิ่มท้อง อิ่มใจ หายเหนื่อย พาครอบครัวมาพักได้สบายๆค่ะ มีหาดส่วนตัวให้ กลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่า

ที่พักติดทะเล ผู้คนไม่พลุ่นพล่าน เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนจริงๆ ทางเข้าอาจจะดูเปลี่ยวไปหน่อย โดยรวมโอเค

Beautiful little hotel, lovely owner and staff, rooms nice and clean and the restaurant does lovely home cooked food, it has a lovely peaceful atmosphere, we have already booked for early next year

Fantastic location, fantastic room, fantastic food, the owner Jane is a lovely lady and great cook.

This hotel in Bang saphan is great, Room are 4 star, simple yet functional, they do have a view of the ocean, the hotel is sitting on the beachfront, with a feel of the private beach, but here come the best part, the most amazing hosts, best breakfast, hand down I ever had in any hotel in Thailand, and dinner was just wonderful,
